BO probably will get people here reeducated and he will be getting to the Whitehouse by out maneuvering the Clinton machine as well as the McCain campaign. I do wonder if he will start collecting guns and closing bible believing churches? I'am hoping and praying that somehow the polls are wrong and we can still have our persuit of happiness in this great land.

OK, lets play a game:

Looking at this from a conservatives' eyes: We have a stated enemy threatening to invade a strategic (potential) ally. Our theory would be to let them move across the border and then use the rapid deployment force from the huge proving ground just to the east to destroy lines of supply and communication. Then, we cut them to pieces with air power thus defeating our enemy and ensuring the Lebanese the opportunity to create a future without being controlled by Islamist fascists.

Looking at it from a Liberal's point of view: Eeeeeew.. we have somehow upset the Syrians. We must demonize and destroy our own culture to show these good at heart people our commitment to multiculturalism and open mindedness. What did we do to the people to upset them. It must be our fault. Apparently, we didn't get our message across! Hmmmmm, maybe if we bought them an nice chai teal latte (decaf) and talked this whole thing through, they would leave Israel and Lebanon alone and we could all go back to our favourite (notice the Brit spelling - that would be mandatory) pastime of stealing money from those greedy hate mongers that worked for it!

Your choice.

Still voting third party? I don’t mean this in a snarky way. You seem to have a thorough grasp on why Obama shouldn’t become the next POTUS. Just curious if your position has changed.

Taken in the appropriate manner (as opposed to "snarky".) :) I've sent in my absentee ballot with a third-party write-in, Alan Keyes. With regards to national security/foreign policy, neither major-party candidate seems to have a solid vision for this country nor perspective as to how to defeat this enemy. Obama is hopelessly clueless. That's been well established. McCain, however, isn't much better. Yes, he has military experience, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he has a great military mind. I'm at work at the moment, but if you'd like to read more about my position on this topic, I've written more on Hotair.

Tzipi Livni may have been in the Mossad, but that’s not saying much these days. She’s a feminine Olmert, a suicidal appeaser and corruptocrat.

Is she available for Speaker of the House?

Obama did exactly the same thing as McCain on the subprime thing.

McCain "suspended his campaign", not Obama. McCain first indicated he would accept the bailout, then he scuttled the agreement. The result was a huge amount of pork added to "help" McCain Republicans vote for it.

In other words, McCain bungled. His bungling was responsible for a delay in the bailout during which over a trillion dollars were lost on the stock market.

Maybe you don't support the bailout, maybe you do. The problem is that McCain went back and forth.
