It’s within recount tolerances, and Franken is “looking into irregularities in voter ability to register in Minneapolis.”

Im afraid Coleman is dead meat. Hennepin county (Minneapolis) is going heavy for Franken and only 78% of precincts counted.

The Minneapolis/StPaul
(Twin Cities area) urban vote usually is the first to be reported. As with most other states, rural/small town Minn tends to be more conservative.
