Jesse Jackson is crying

Panning the crowd at Obama’s celebration rally in Chicago, the cameras found Jesse Jackson crying.
Maybe he was thinking of this.
Remember?
The Rev. Jesse Jackson issued an apology to Barack Obama Wednesday for making what he called a “crude and hurtful” remark about the Illinois senator’s recent comments directed toward some members of the black community.
According to Jackson, a Fox News microphone picked up comments he meant to deliver privately that seemed to disparage the presumptive Democratic nominee for appearing to lecture the black community on morality.
Jackson didn’t elaborate on the context of his remarks, except to say he was trying to explain that Obama was hurting his relationship with black voters by recently conducting “moral” lectures at African-American churches.
Jackson’s apology came a few hours before Fox News planned to air the remarks.
Speaking to CNN Wednesday, Jackson said he feels “very distressed” over the comments.

There’s no crying in politics…
But I guess he’s out of a job now.
I never want to hear that America is a racist country EVER AGAIN.
Well his son is gonna be Senator replacing Obama for Illinois so he has more to cry about.
Yeah, crying because he won’t have a victimology business anymore.
I shed tears tonight as well. I’m sure for very different reasons. Pray we can maintain the integrity of the constitution and principles upon which this country was founded.
sir line number 3 for unemployment applications thank you.
I saw the tears and had to think he’s crying because his game is up. He’s lost his power. He’s not “the man” anymore. I wonder how much Sharpton is crying?
He’s crying because he is thinking, “That was supposed to be meeee!!!!”
BlameAmericaLast,
Yup. Rece hustlers will always find plenty of hard-luck sob stories to use as a basis for their currency of victimhood, but certainly the election of an African-American (and a “real” one at that) to the White House should finally dispel the tired boilerplate of blacks being consistently denied a fair chance of America because of “the system.”
Ps – if clowns like Jackson think that they can remain relevant by crying RAAAAAAACIST!!! every time someone questions Obama, then they are going to be in for a rude surprise, because we will grow tired of that nonsense really quickly. I’s say for sure by 2010.
Maybe he’s crying because he never got a chance to cut Barack Obama’s nuts off.
Does he still want to cut his nuts off?
Just askin’.
Maybe he’s crying because this moment officially calls for the end of affirmative action. You can no longer call America a racist nation when its highest office belongs to a black man.
What’s the Reverend going to do with all his free time?
perhaps brothuh Jesse is worried about the future of his loins tonight…
All the Obama supporters will get what they want and they won’t like it. Too bad we have to feel it also.
I’m so upset I can not sleep.
Actually, now that I think about it, this will probably get worse. Anytime you criticize “the One” going forward, you’ll be called a racist.
He’s crying because he knows it’s HIS nuts that will be cut off! Dis The One, and the Truth Squad/Civilian Security Force will deal with you from now on.
Or, maybe he’s heavily invested in the coal industry.
Don’t write off Jesse and Sharpton yet.
47% of Americans did not vote for Obama.
They still have missions of racists to deal with.
Nah, that pig will find “pockets of racism” in this country for the rest of his life.
I don’t think we’re going to get any break at all from all the racism chants. It’ll be like:
“The highest office in the land blah bah blah, but there are still millions of Black Americans who do not enjoy Obama’s position.”
Like that.
That crowd wasn’t gathered to see Obama. That was the wait line to see a primary care physician under Obama’s healthcare plan.
Jesse is crying because he lost 99% of his race hustling power tonight.
Onions!! Me thinks he wants a cabinet position.
Oh, come on, he was crying because of the moment! I saw Oprah Girl crying too. Hey, I cried, and I voted for McCain!
It was a terrible night, and a great night, too. American is the greatest nation in the world. F*** anybody who doesn’t think so.
Any company accused of racism now by the shill can point to their increased tax burden from Obama and say that they ARE doing their part , no need to payoff on Jesse’s shakedown.
Poor fella won’t be able to afford to pay off another mistress.
Does this mean Jesse doesn’t want to cut Obama’s balls off anymore?
For reals, yo. My spouse voted for Obama because “Barack was the only man ever able to shut up Jesse. And Sharpton.”
For a party that wants to be color-blind, I sure did hear alot of “black” comments.
Juan Williams was getting choked up on Fox.
More racism. More mainstream racism.
It will only get worse. But as I posted at hotair.com, now black have nothing to complain about. Ever again!
He’s crying becuase his ability to raise money through “Poverty Pimping” may be somewhat affected. He may also be trying to ensure he is invited to be part of the new inner circle.
He’s realizing he f*cked-up royally when he said he wanted to cut Barry’s nuts off.
He’s also crying because he knows he’s out of a job, now that there’s a black man as president.
He’s crying because he lost his crack pipe.
I am usually the biggest smart-A$$ in the bunch, but this time I will pass on my usual smarmy comments. Just for a minute I will forget that we just elected a man, who is the #1 Liberal in Congress, and who is a Socialist, as POTUS. I will allow that Jesse may have been wondering what some of those leaders who stood up, spoke out, and accepted the dangers, to bring some measure of equality to Blacks in this country, how they would have felt to witness what he saw last night. Some of them were killed for their beliefs, like MLK and Medgar Evers. Maybe Jesse was crying as he remembered them. I just hope that in some small way that Americans can remember that it was the Democrats, not the Republicans, who stood against the ‘radicals’ like MLK and company. Some of them like Robert ‘Sheets’ Byrd, are still around. Maybe that is why Jesse was crying…
Seeing this miserable, self-promoting shakedown artist weep was way too much last night. I wished I was there with a cream pie.
Now that my sentimental moment is over (Must be getting softer as I get older, dammit!), I still think that Jesse Jackson is both a snake and an extortionist. He has forgotten who he was and why he had any prominance on the national scene. He sold his soul to the devil and has now caused more harm to his race than he ever alleviated during his days under MLK.
Oh it’s YOU Mr. Jackson…with the tear in your eye.
Well Good Morning to YOU Hater!
Jackson, a washed up racist piece of crap.
He’s crying, because he may have to actually work for a living now. Oh wait, I forgot… Czar Obama is going to put the clothes on our backs, gas in our tanks and roof over out heads… that is except us fools who actually work..we will be paying for the apathetic, uneducated losers.
Geez, I guess Jesse “shake-down” Jackson decided after all that Obama was not talking down to black people.
I think he waas crying because he understands that his role as a black (leader…err..race baiter) is now substantially over.
Poor Jessee
He’s crying because as of last night he is out of a job. You can’t make money ranting about THE MAN when he is THE ONE. Hard to make the point that there are no opportunities and the country is too racist for blacks to succeed.
On the bright side now us Caucasion Americans can bitch, moan and whine about the THE MAN not understanding us and our needs.
No Justice!
No Peace!
Amen, skywise.
He and Al Sharpton are just a pair of unemployable shakedown artists now–now real skill set.
If there is one positive from these election results (and there are actually many), I hope that this spells the speedy passing of race-baiters like Jesse and Al.
As much as I hate the current over-usage of the phrase, “Yes we can” is now applicable to all in the U.S. It’s official. That is why Jesse is crying.
Jessee just lost his job last night. That’s why he is crying. Can’t make a living blaming THE MAN anymore. THE MAN is THE ONE.
All race cards void after Jan 19, 2009.
…one more thing, do you think Jesse may have been saddened that he didn’t get the opportunity to “cut off (Obama’s) nuts?“
He’s crying because it will be hard to bitch about “the man” keeping blacks down, when the Big Man is in fact black. He’s going to have to find a new shtick.
Thank you all for playing; we have some lovely consolation prizes for you.
(BTW, I’m sure our new socialist overlord will appreciate that I make no profit – all sales are at my cost!)
The ONE positive thing about Obama’s election is the end of Hillary and Bill Clinton’s role in American politics. Good riddance to bad rubbish. Now we have NEW rubbish to contend with, and the pile will be ever-enlarging. I’d still give $5 cash to know who Hillary actually voted for.
I saw Juan Williams get geniunely choked up speaking shortly after Fox called the Presidency for Obama. I can understand the excitement among African-Americans in general; the ultimate “glass ceiling” in our country has just been broken through for them.
Now, If Sarah can come back in 2012 and break the Presidential “glass ceiling” for women . . .
Does anyone know when exactly Juan Williams went back into the tank of Obama? He made some very critical remarks about him and questioned his integrity back when the Rev. Wright flare-up occured.

Actually, I think he was willing to acknowledge Obama’s flaws last night; he did say that Obama is still a bit of a mystery (ya think?) and that he seems to be an opportunist (he associated with the far-left Rev. Wrights and Ayerses because that was the path to political success in Chicago, and disassociated himself when they became a liability, or at least tried to downplay the relationships).
those are happy tears, his son will be a senator, a brotha will be the POTUS, the wheels are turning as to how many ways he can go after white capitalists and bankrupt ‘em. Anti American, Racist Bastard he is.
If you thought racism was bad before last nite, hang on and watch, it’s going to get ugly.
Is there really any doubt, she wrote in herself.
Jesse was really crying tears of joy, folks. There are two reasons:
1) He remembers MLK’s “I have a dream” speech. This is MLK’s dream come to fruition.
2) He thinks he might get a cabinet post like HUD. Even if he doesn’t, he will have more influence over this White House than any in history.
guess plouff just learned the obama lesson too. obarry offered the chief of staff to his chicago thug despite promising plouff the job for months. he learned that finger salute from emmanuel, as that is one of his favorite tricks. along with his bipartisan quote “f**k the republicans”
