Tons of readers are asking me how to get a personal message to Sarah Palin and offer her support in the face of all the ugly, anonymous attacks from back-stabbing blabbermouths on the McCain campaign.

I had a friend that voted Obama. He said it was because McCain picked Sarah as his running mate. She was not qualified and that went to McCains judgement. I told him if qualifications were his main concern, then Obama was less qualified than Sarah. He said she didn’t know anything.
She already has that label. She must fight to disprove that or they will always label her as the unqualified bumpkin from a State with 100 people that knows nothing about the world.
Ridiculous but John Kerry taught that lesson to Obama. Don’t let the swiftboats label you without a forceful response (whether the label is true or not).
It worked for Obama with all his shady associates. He forcefully responded and eliminated those attacks. McCain/Palin did not. She needs to dump Mac’s advice and do it herself, get involved Nationally, etc and get it done in 2012. Obama v Palin. 1st Black vs 1st Woman. Love it.
Can I send her a geography book and the JC Penny catalog?

We sent her an atta’ girl message and forwarded the petition to several others that I am certain will do likewise.

I think John McCain needs to step out in front of this. I want to know the real truth, not the political spin crap.
Senator McCain, you should consider tossing your campaign staff into the abyss, where Colin Powell now resides, if allegations from your staff prove untrue.

I think we can all count on John McCain to come out cursing Christians and conservatives again just like he did in 2000! McCain is not going to stand up against this. To do so would mean admitting he was the problem! Not gonna happen!

As for Mr. McCain, good riddance (for the last time). The smears directed at Gov. Palin coming from his campaign staff and his silence these last two days is just plain sickening. Dirty, rotten politics as usual from a career Washington politician. Those responsible should be named and shunned.

I signed and also sent two cents, literally to the RNC. I told them they will not get another cent from me it they do not return to conservative values of the GOP.
I also told them to tell McCain to just keep his mouth shut now.
Michelle, I think we (right wing blogs and readers) should make a point of discovering the identities of these insider critics. This is a hatchet job on behalf of Palin’s opponents and we need to find them out before the next election cycle. Already the online thread trolls are repeating Cameron’s africa slam as gospel truth.

I signed it, but I unchecked all the options for assorted spam-mail. As best I can tell, my name was never added. (I signed when there were about 90+ and I searched up through about 1500.)
I listened to McCains surrender speech and while I thought it was a very nice speech for reconciliation, I also realized that McCain does not represent the Republican party anymore. He LOST that position and his speech reflected why. He’s up there telling us we need to unite with Obama. In a pigs eye.
He no longer has any voice with Republicans. He can get his independents and Democrat supporters to do all that. We need a new leader. Step up Sarah Palin. We need your leadership.

I went to the Alaska site first, but it said not to use the page I found for election-related purposes. I didn’t want to cause another PalinGate by sending the good governor an illegal email just to say Thanks.
I was hoping to leave some words of thanks and encouragement for Mrs. Palin but the link mentioned above is now closed for comments. I can only hope that someone will filter out the trash that some libs felt compelled to leave there.
Nothing that the left has done or said about Sarah through this whole compaign has really surprised me. But the cannibalization she is experiencing from members of her own party has reduced me to tears and shame. I didn’t agree with everything she stood for but I wouldn’t wish this treatment on my worst enemies. I’ll always be a conservative, but right now I’m ashamed to be a Republican.

Maybe this popularity and the current momentum can be turned into something tangible.
What if her name (and maybe yours) were associted with a PAC dedicated to raising funds for candidates (especially primary candidates) that share similar social conservative views for the 2010 election cycle?
Many of us would be willing to contribute in small amounts now -and a new appeal could go out each time the new administration makes a major policy decision that riles us!

Nothing against Governor Palin but when McCain has a choice of JC Watts, Bobby Jindal, Jack Kemp, Kay Bailey Hutchinson, Jeff Flake and does not choose any one of them buts opts for Governor Palin, that was sheer stupidity on the part of McCain. With either JC or Jindal, McCain is president today. His campaign staff was such a collection of clowns that those guys could not successfully run a two car funeral.
I don’t see that being the case. Gov. Palin brought out a large amount of the base and yes, a certain number of woman too. She may have also lost some moderates, but that would have been the case with any conservative choice.
The problem was McCain… not his VP choice.
Governor Palin, thank you so much for bringing conservatism back to the GOP! It had been a missing part of the Republicanism my father had taught me since the great Ronald Reagan had left office! Does anyone have the address where one can send a letter to Sarah the Governor through snail mail? I am reluctant to use the office for the governor since a letter of thanks and support might be viewed as a partisan matter… and the website makes it very clear you can not send such a letter to the governor’s office.

Add to this the names of the cowards, if they ever come forward, who smeared Sarah and see to it they never work in any American town again.
I was so disappointed to read all the negative comments on the petition site, that I set up a wordpress blog to thank Governor Palin.
