Talk about creepy, reading the Power Line coverage has been just that. It is creepy how all the votes being “uncovered” are 100% FOR Smalley. But, perhaps more importantly is the extremely poor and incompetent press coverage of this. Check out Power Line for the details.

Cold-Cash Jefferson, Bridge-To-Nowhere Stevens, Wide-stance Craig, the mayor of Washington, D. C. (forgot his name), and many other deadbeats, convicted criminals, and amoral people who do things like forfeit mutliple mortgages, consort with terrorists, and leave their girlfriend to drown in a submerged vehicle…all elected and re-elected. And now this sick fecal stain Franken, so close to being elected to the Senate. That’s why we call our electorate “the sheeple”. A cold wind is blowing in this country, and I am deeply concerned.

Just curious…what state do you live in? Just to let you know, I live in Minnesota, and dropping us as a state because we are “blue” is rather drastic, don’t you think? I bet I could find a dozen things about your state that could warrent being kicked out of the union. Them’s fightin’ words!

Coleman isn’t loathed–we have a Ventura Effect coming into play here. Barkley took 15+% of the vote, and that’s why it’s close. With only two choices, I’m sure cooler heads would’ve prevailed by a larger margin.

However, as each day passes, Franken “uncovers” more “irregularities” and “disenfranchised voters” so I’m sure by the end of the month, he’ll have somewhere between 58-62% of the vote.

Agreeing with what someone else said – what pushes Dems over the top in Minnesota is Minneapolis-St. Paul and also the NE portion of the state (St. Louis County).

Being from Minnesota, I lost faith in their ability to vote when Mondale won it in 84, and of course Jesse Ventura doesn’t help matters..

With Al Franken’s big mouth and somewhat violent outbursts, I’d say national Democrats are every bit as concerned about a Franken victory in Minnesota as we are – they know he’d make a mockery of them and the Senate!

Trust me, I’m from King county Washington and we’ve seen this kind of thing before. As in, back in 2004 with the governor’s race. The republican ended up with about a 250-vote margin. It went into recount, with the democrat moving to within 39 votes after the second count. It was said that KC election workers (with democrats running the county operation at the behest of the liberal democrat Ron Sims County Executive) were seen running the same democrat ballots through five times, & such. In the final hand-count, democrat volunteer counters were seen cheating in the piles of votes. They eventually stole it after the third count. King county elections has NEVER explained why there were 3,000 more votes than voters. !!!

Even though Franken was on SNL, I cant say that I remember him from even ONE funny skit. Other than his SNL saying “And by gosh, people like me” I dont even remember him.

Norm Coleman and Saxby Chambliss are having problems? Good.

While in this particular instance, I don’t want them beaten, I do want them terrified. Let them win what should have been safe elections by a couple of hundred votes because they were RINOs. They might grow some sense.
