Geez... I applaud this 8th Grader... whether shes a Conservative or liberal. That was a great idea for a project.

What those kids said was wrong. The principal needs to pull those that made threats and outrageous comments aside and give em a talking to. No one in elementary school or any school for that fact should be making threats against another.

Wow. It has been only 10 days since The One has been elected and already, our America is changing faster than maybe ever in its history. You’d better fasten your seatbelts as it looks like it is not coming to a complete and safe stop anytime soon...

We need to pray for courage. What does it say about our country when conservatives are "afraid" to wear a shirt or put a bumper sticker on our cars with a Republican's name on them? My husband cautioned me about putting my McCain-Palin and Lipstick Republican sticker on our new car. So, I bowed to his wishes (since the SUV is brand new), but now I really regret it. I have never had someone who is liberal complain about this. Kudos to this brave young woman.

#98
I am thinking about wearing an "Obama Sucks" or a Palin 2012 t-shirt on Jan 20/21, 08 and record the reactions.

I go to school at the University of Memphis, and if what I went through wearing a McCain/Palin hat is any indication, its not going to be a pretty sight. :(

I challenge any student to wear a tee shirt, at USC or at UC Berkley, that says: “The people have chosen Prop. 8, get over it!”

Oh, it's a crying shame that I am not a younger man and in college right now. I went to SJSU, which is 50 miles south of San Francisco, so I think you can imagine the campus environment.

Not only would I wear the shirt, I'd record the responses from folks.
