Just got back from a Turkey Trot race. No, I most certainly did not run. As I told my runner husband many years ago, I refuse to run unless someone is chasing me! He did well in the 5k; my daughter ran the children’s race. Unfortunately, she inherited my lungs. It was her first race — and probably her last.
We’ll be spending the day chilling out with family and friends. I’ll be making cranberry-orange relish and pumpkin pies with the kids.
How about you?
If you’re looking for something to watch while your turkey roasts, here’s the latest episode of “Conservatism 2.0″ with Glenn Reynolds and me on PJTV.
Keep our troops in your thoughts and prayers today. If you have a spare moment and some spare change, please donate to Project Valour-IT — the wonderful charity from Soldiers’ Angels that raises money to buy laptops for disabled veterans.
Finally, keep the victims of the Mumbai jihadi attacks in your thoughts and prayers today. The latest is here.blog comments powered by Disqus
