Today’s incidents are one of many reasons I carry a Springfield Arms XD .45 Compact in the middle of my back every time I leave the house to go out in public.

Yeah – brilliant. What would you do? Someone pushes you or acts like those cretins … you going to whip out your piece and shoot them? Just the kind of behavior the 2nd Amendment people need.

If the fire department is called to an event and it is found the building is over capacity they have the power to cite or shut the place down.
In this unfortunate Walmart case the crowd control issue should have been foreseen by local law enforcement.

Spoken like a true fireman – it’s the cops fault. Riiiight – the cops have nothing better to do than babysit every store in the country IN CASE some nitwits act like animals.

Me … I don’t sjop anymore. I go to my bank and get free Visa debit cards to give everyone and let THEM run around and get whatever they want. 20 minutes and I’m DONE.

They exist Jet Jaguar and spend most of their time inspecting commercial and government buildings, nursing homes, schools etc.
Their two primary directives are preparedness and prevention and in some municipalities are the political liaison between the department and city government.

Camping out for days, standing in line for bargains, assaulting/murdering your fellow man – all in the name of our Savior’s birth. Makes me ill and that’s why I haven’t participated in Black Friday for a number of years – it’s a mob on steroids.

I find shopping on line easier, usually shipping is free, and for returns you only have to go to your local post office. Malls are for looky-loos and teens hanging out.

Anyone on here besides me watch “Smoking Gun presents World’s Dumbest: “Black Friday Shoppers.” last nite on t.v.? It does not just happen only at Walmart, it’s marketing for the insane. Like walter says: “dumb a$$e$”
Shows a total disregard for human life by these selfish, me me me, bastards. Any lawyers here have an opinion on the possibilities of the bereaved families suing Walmart and the individuals that took part in these 2 killings?
I repeat myself here…my fondest heartfelt sympathies go to the families of the young man that lost his life and the young mother to be that had a miscarriage, hopefully the reported others with injuries will recover fully.
Sometimes my fellow man make me sick to my stomach.

The total lack of good manners, narcissism, and nihilism displayed by a growing segment of our society is getting completely out of control as the violence inherent in the stampede for bargains the day after the Thanksgiving Holiday and in other crowded social situations. It is only going to get worse until someone steps up and enforces the rule of law and reestablishes the proper rules of behavior. Not holding my breath.

When I was a kid the Cabbage Patch and some Video Games were the hottest toys to get for your kids. It was so bad it made its way into a Comic Strip talking about some little old lady beating down a mother for one of the toys. It was funny, but fits your mantra about this being nothing new.
