These same people could find “NOTHING” that would qualify Palin for anything but “mother”, and to many she had failed in this “job”. She nor her daughter ABORTED”. A total failure and the principle reason she was so viciously attacked.

Why wouldn’t Obama have picked Richardson as his running mate? He broke ties w/his buddies the Clintons to support Obama. Instead he picks Biden, who spent a lot of time during his (lame) campaign mouthing off about what a lightweight Obama was. (My theory is that Biden is far less of a threat to Obama’s “image” than a person of substance such as Bill Richardson would be.)

Obama could have offered Richardson SoS, which Richardson wanted, esp. since he has far more diplomatic experience than Hillary’s imagination permits her.

If you want to get into ranking the respective cabinet postions then fine, but I would consider them all generall on par.

Would his “diplomatic experience” be “hey, my state borders Mexico! Heck, it even has the word ‘Mexico’ in the name of my state!”?

Just to recap: executive experience as governor of a state (Alaska) bordering another country (Russia, Canada) is laughable, but executive experience as governor of a state (New Mexico) bordering another country (Mexico) is true “diplomatic” street cred.

I just want to know how Richardson ever got another job after his stint as the bumbling night watchman of the Dept. of Energy resulted in nuclear secrets getting stolen from Los Alamos.
