I’ve alerted you many times to the invaluable investigative work of Lila Rose. She and her team are back with another inside look at the predators of Planned Parenthood — subsidized with your tax dollars. At a clinic in Indiana, Rose’s team catches the abortion provider’s staff deliberately violating the state’s mandatory reporting laws for sexual abuse.

BLOOMINGTON, IN, December 3 –- New footage released today from an undercover camera inside an abortion clinic in Bloomington shows Planned Parenthood staff deliberately violating the state’s mandatory reporting laws for sexual abuse.
The footage shows Lila Rose, a UCLA student journalist and president of right-to-life advocacy group Live Action, posing as a 13-year-old girl. In an appointment with a Planned Parenthood nurse, Rose says she has been impregnated by a 31-year-old man, a clear case of child molestation under Indiana state law.
On tape, the nurse acknowledges her responsibility to report the abuse, but assures Rose she will not. The nurse says, “I am supposed to report to Child Protective Services,” but tells Rose, “Okay, I didn’t hear the age [of the 31-year-old]. I don’t want to know the age.”
She then instructs Rose how to obtain a secret abortion by crossing state lines in order to avoid Indiana’s parental consent law. The nurse also coaches Rose to cover for the 31-year-old man by saying he is only 14. She says, “You’ve seen him around, you know he’s 14, he’s in your grade and whatever. You know what I mean.”
Rose said she and other students in Live Action recorded the video over the summer in a multi-state investigation of the abortion industry. Rose described the undercover audit, called The Mona Lisa Project, as “demonstrating the routine lawlessness of abortion providers at Planned Parenthood.” Rose noted, “Today’s video release is only a sample from many hours of similarly disturbing footage.”
Planned Parenthood, a tax-exempt nonprofit, made over $100 million in profits last year and has a billion-dollar budget, nearly a third of which comes from taxpayers through government funding.
Jackie Stollar, student president of a Live Action chapter in Oregon, accompanied Rose on the investigation. “In a repeated pattern, Planned Parenthood has violated the public trust. It should have its government funding revoked,” she said. “During an economic crisis, can the government really spare $300 million to support such an unethical organization?”
“The Mona Lisa Project demonstrates how quickly the abortion industry’s disrespect for unborn children becomes disregard for all humans,” Rose explained. “Planned Parenthood offers no solutions for the victim of statutory rape—they give her an abortion and a bag of condoms and send her straight back into the arms of the abuser.”

this is profoundly disturbing and evil. unfortunately nothing will be done, because abortion is the holy sacrament to the left.
How can a nonprofit orginations make $100 million in profits? Gads, this needs to have taxpayers funds stopped.

This is unreal – how does the pro-life movement, which pretty much always plays above board, even stand a chance against people who use such dirty, underhanded and downright illegal tactics?
I believe “non-profit” simply means that the entity is not owned by shareholders to whom profits are disbursed as dividends.
Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
This administration will see the true value of Planned Parenthood, and triple its funding. The killing of the most innocent of all by abortion is our highest priority!
Even if they- the Left identified the abuser, the Left would want to put the abuser through a program, no punishment, remember Vermont Restorative Justice.
The 13 year old Child is the victim, the vulnerable human, who has human rights. Remember the Left is ALWAYS defending Human Rights. This is what Eugenics Looks Likes, this is the Ugly Face of Hating the Human Race. You can’t be for Human Rights, and Kill Humans.

And the stupid people just elected the most radical pro-death “christian” in history as POTUS. oBimbo will bring back the most heinous procedure ever conceived by humans to kill babies (partial birth abortion) and PP will send off children for this procedure without batting an eye. Sick, just friggin sick.

I thought the exact same thing while reading this. Too bad they are not also fiscally bankrupt.
What is really sad is that it doesn’t matter how many stories like these come out from folks like Lila Rose. PP supporters will wish it all away as “isolated incidents”.
You know this will be spun as the nurse being the victim of an illegal videotaping of her at work, and the ACLU will be screaming about how the video potentially violated the privacy rights of other “patients”, the rights of this “nurse”, and all other manner of backward spin you can imagine. Lila can expect to have charges brought against her for some trumped-up charge.
We’re through the looking glass, after all.

Right after they investigate themselves for vote fraud, fund raising fraud, and candidate fraud….
If that happened to the Salvation Army or the NRA it’d be splashed all over the front page and the Lame Stream Media would be talking about it for weeks. Additionaly, San Fran Nan and Harry “Tourists Stink” Reid would be calling for investigations.
But, since it’s one of the left’s favorite organizations, nothing will come of it.
It depends on the organization. We keep a positive balance in our account. We receive donations and have expenses. At the end of the year we are in the black which could be considered “profits” when, really, they are just funds that have not been used yet. If we were holding a $100 million balance, we would be in jail for fraud for not applying the funds according to the nature of our business.
PP, on the other hand, is providing “services” to millions of people so to carry $100 million on the books might be acceptable as they can claim it is less than $100 per person they may help in the near future if they were to lose funding. Of course, that is not really what the money is for but you get my drift. For this reason alone (and the fact so many people think all PP does is “good”) they will NEVER lose their 501(c)(3) status or their government funding. I hope this helps.
P.S. The Soaps would never be allowed government funding because we save babies and mention God as part of our business. Another reason why government funding sucks.

The same way taxpayer funded Public TV can rake in millions from the selling of merchandise relating to the shows they produce.
That’s got nothing to do with being pro-life or pro-choice. That’s aiding and abetting rape, period. And rape of children, to boot.
Everyone on both sides of the abortion debate should be appalled by this and demanding something be done. If you aren’t, if your commitment to your political agenda is so absolute that you think helping rapists escape is an acceptable price to pay for it, then there is something very wrong with you.
Soap re #8 – I had a woman tell me that racisim was a worse sin than abortion so that is why she was voting for Obama. I then wasted my breath and asked how Obama was going to fix racism. She then looked at me like I insulted her intellect.
I realized (once again) libs and conservatives may both speak the same words but our language is not the same. Our very foundation worldviews are diametrically opposed.
Because we’ll never give up. WE have something to fight for: LIFE.
This evil may seem more powerful, and they may (and will) do everything in their power to thwart their efforts. But they will – in the end – not be victorious.
LIFE will win. More and more youth are realizing all that stood between them and being dismembered in a biohazard bag was their mother’s “choice” not to abort them. And they’re seeing increased hostility toward women who CHOOSE life more than once or twice.
I will go to my grave fighting for the rights of unborn children and their mothers.
How is it that the non-profit oranizations are making a profit and the for-profit businesses are going broke? Some days I feel rather naive.

I find it difficult to respond to subjects like this. It’s despicable but nothing will come of it. We are no longer a nation of laws and the ends justifies the means. Breaking the law is justified if you are an activist fighting for any cause at all. We have lost our collective mind!
Unethical is the softest word we can use for Planned Parenthood. They murder the unborn. The fact tax dollars go to them is an indictment against this country. I’d rather see my tax dollars flushed away than to have it go to these butchers and those that support them.

I think – given Rose’s other investigations – this IS official policy, even if it’s unwritten.
Respect for life has really degraded in my 67 year old life experience. How can any so called “Christians” delude themselves into thinking that being “pro choice” is O.K. with God–he calls it being PRO ABORTION.

Be prepared to argue the critics when they claim PP was set up with this and forced to deal with a situation that they will claim to be “rare”. I would never defend them, I absolutely hate PP and everything they stand for and this is exactly why. But they will claim there was no crime because they were set up.
PP needs to be fought with actual cases of law-breaking. Sadly, too many would rather look the other way making that very difficult.
Yeah, but they’ll attack her for it. Now if she went to – say, a military recruiting office – to uncover some fraudulent dealings, she’d be a hero.
But she’s spitting in the face of the left’s supreme sacrament: abortion. They won’t take kindly to their beloved procedure, and the clinics, being revealed for the evilness they are.
If killing someone’s offspring doesn’t bother some people, covering up child abuse wouldn’t, either.

I get what you saying… but that’s just it – not many women have a clue as to what they are doing. Many have reservations about the procedure or are forced into it. It is no coincidence that women who are shown ultrasounds of the baby side with life.
This organization brings out the worst in me but I channel that energy and support organizations that take the fight to PP. Care Net is one of them.

And….What about the parent’s rights? This is a 13 year old child. Will the parents ever even know what she is going through? I know that most kids would not want their parents to know about something like this. But surely there must be some way to find out if the parents should be notified, or if there is some reason why they shouldn’t. Planned Parenthood is destroying more that just innocent unborn babies. They are destroying entire families.
The big question here is why the local Police Department is not doing these under cover interviews and prosecuting Planned Parenthood.
This has been going on for years and is common knowledge in the Law Enforcement community.
If private citizens can do this undercover work, where is Law Enforcement?
IMHO-The police are aiding and abetting this kind of crap because they refuse to investigate and prosecute these child abuse enablers.
I cried when I saw this. The sickening thought of sending a 13 year old back to a 31 year old molestor (a polite term for rapist) is so profoundly disturbing I cannot keep down my breakfast. The nurse should be charged as an accessory and the clinic should be closed down immediately.

When I was in college I worked in a large fish processing plant. At the end of the day I could go home and wash off the fish guts and smell. How the hell do these people at Planned Parenthood, go home at night and get rid of their stench of moral decay?

“Law enforcement” is busy giving people traffic tickets and fines (i.e. gov’t revenue) for going 5 miles over the speed limit, or for going through a light that just turned yellow, or checking your emissions tag, or other such nonsense.
Investigative work doesn’t bring in the revenue to local gov’t.

I’m not going to talk about an Obama Presidency, because he has not been elected yet, and the chances that he will be are looking very small indeed. He’d rather spend huge sums of money fighting legal battles than reveal his true vault Birth Certificate. Even if he were born in Hawaii, he’d still be ineligible if his father truly is Barack Hussein Obama, Sr.

OMG. This woman should have called CPS. There is no way that medical personnel in this situation should not always be atuned to the possibility that a young woman is being sexually abused, which would be the case if a 31 year old man had gotten a 13 year old pregnant. Even though I’m pro-choice, I have serious issues with PP providing information to a 13 year old without her parents consent.
This is not new folks. I had a friend in high school who went to a PP clinic and got an abortion at 15wks. She was 16. Her parents were not notified and that was in 1975.
She’s seen him around, had sex with him, you know, and whatever…. at 13.
They are not pro-choice, they are pro-abortion. They are not pro-woman, they are about one thing and one thing only; kill the babies.
A friend of mine when we were in the military had an abortion. She woke up in the middle of the night in her barracks room and saw that she was bleeding uncontrollably. She had to be rushed to the on base hospital. If this happens to a 13yo, is she going to be too scared to go to her parents and just let herself bleed to death with her parents asleep thinking everything is fine? This nurse has to know the dangers in this. My God, we live in a country where too many people have an agenda that endangers way too many, especially the children. This video made me physically ill.
