Anti-Prop. 8 activists will “call in gay”

By Michelle Malkin  •  December 9, 2008 11:49 AM

Terrific.

First, the tolerance bullies work to get other people fired from their jobs for donating to the Prop. 8 traditional marriage ballot measure.

Then, the anti-Prop. 8 mobsters all decide to take off work themselves and “call in gay” to prove how indispensable they are to the economy.

“Day Without a Gay” commences tomorrow.

If this goes anything like those “Days Without an Illegal Alien” events went, we’ll survive.

Somehow I doubt a day where every gay stays home from work will be a day devoid of what homosexuals call “love,” at least in the eros sense of the word.

So I guess lgm you’re entirely ignorant of the Mormon churches that were vandalized, the businesses extorted, and the independent individuals bullied by the Prop 8 opponents in the aftermath, as catalogued extensively here at MM.com?

Oh, I guess in a second reading, Mormons “don’t count.”

So how about those black churches. You know, the one’s that went 70-30 is support of prop 8. Are those also backwater racist churches, or are you only brave enough to attack white religious people?

You may think ostracizing Men Seeking Men is equivalent to segregated bathrooms, but to rational people it isn’t.

30 years from now we’ll look back at Prop 8 as a valiant stand against indecency and mob rule at the hands of a tyrannical minority of angry perverts.

HORSE CRAP. The SF Castro mob hit a girl with her bible and started shoving things up peoples back ends.

Segregation was a HORRIBLE movement and in NO WAY does it compare to gays. ZERO. News flash, Blacks CANT change the color of their skin, something which was used against them in the South. They were obvious targets and suffered culturally, financially, physically and mentally.

How do you KNOW if someone is gay? You dont, unless You ask or they tell you. Gays are amoungst some of the highest income earners in the country.

They haven’t “hit” anyone or even threatened.

Um, how about redacting that statement? Per Michelle’s previous posts, there have been SEVERAL threats against Prop 8 supporters:

On a blog website, “Tread” wrote, “I hope the No on 8 people have a long list and long knives.”

Another contributor to the JoeMyGod website said, “While financially I supported the Vote No, and was vocal to everyone and anyone who would listen, I have never considered being a violent radical extremist for our equal rights. But now I think maybe I should consider becoming one. Perhaps that is the only thing that will affect the change we so desperately need and deserve.”

A contributor identifying himself as “Joe” said, “I swear, I’d murder people with my bare hands this morning.”

    And an assault:

A Carlsbad man was arrested after allegedly assaulting an elderly couple over their pro-Prop. 8 sign:

accused of punching an elderly couple because they had Yes On Prop 8 signs in their yard says he’s innocent.

Thursday, Lawrence Pizzicara pleaded not guilty to attacking his neighbors on Monday allegedly during an argument over Prop 8 signs.

    The couple suffered numerous injuries.

Pizzicara is being held on $200,000 bail.

Evelopes with white powder were sent to several Mormon churches, and many were vandalized.

There was also the infamous “burn down their churches and tax the embers” comments.

Unless you’re unhinged or illiterate, those are threats.

But – wait – they’re just Mormons and Christians who have the audacity to vote according to their religious beliefs, as protected by the First Amendment. They make gays “feel bad” – so everything is justified, right? These really aren’t threats because we deserve it, right?

Way to live up the conservative steroetypes y’all.

I’m gay and I’ll be working tomorrow. The only folks staying home will be the moonbat activist gays and their uninformed sheep going along for “the cause”.

    Speaking of which,

What about all those fag hags? shouldn’t they call in gay too? They keep hounding us wanting to be “honorary gay men”. They come to our bars for bachelorette parties. They ask us to be a sperm donor when they want to have a baby. Why don’t they take tomorrow off too?

This statement may have finally swayed me to accept the “why would anyone choose to be gay?” argument.

    That sounds hella annoying.

And I bet they aren’t even that good looking, meaning a stealth run to such a party wouldn’t be worthwhile.

    Major bummer.

Question: When confronted with the “sperm donor” weirdness, do you ever tell them “why don’t you marry one?”

I mean, logically speaking, if they were honorary gay men they would want to marry actual men, so…

But then, I doubt these ladies are logical either…

Which may explain why they’re hanging out at gay bars looking for sperm donors…

    Ignore my rambling.

Once again, lgm, are you retarted?

The joke, poor as it was, is the stereotype of the gays working at “Borders” and “Starbucks”, not that the customers are all gay. A sense of humor gets me through all the B.S. Feel free to tell all the “fat” and “bald” jokes you want.

It may take a decade or more, but it will happen.

In the meantime, you’re going to have to come up with better, more original gay jokes (hint: there are gay women, too.). It’s like you haven’t updated your material since the 70s.

Don’t be so sure. I think gay marriage has the same inevitability as Hillary Clinton being the 2008 Democrat Party nominee.

And these temper tantrums on the part of gay activists are pushing their goals farther away.

    Clue:

They have an equal right to marry like everyone else. This is not about them being equal but destroying marriage.

    Get over it.

I guess being a white male I should have an equal right to be a contestant in Ms. Black Universe?

You can’t draw a round triangle. Shall I explain? By definition a triangle has 3 sides. I know that comes as a surprise to you idiots who believe it should have four because it makes you feel good but the reality is a triangle has 3 sides. Marriage is between a man and a woman.
