And a flashback from ace WashTimes investigative reporter Jerry Seper.

I say we appoint William Jefferson to fill the Illinois Senate seat, and have Bloggo fill the Louisiana House Seat until January 20th.

We can call it “Prisoner Swap.”

Obama knows nothing. Nada. Pure as the driven snow. He just happens to live in the same neighborhood (focus on “hood”), attended the same church or social functions as these people. He barely knows them as his children go to the same school.

These were not the people he thought they were. All of his past and current connections are innocent and know nothing. Do not question the Messiah.

Rezko was convicted this summer on federal charges of using his clout with state government to squeeze kickbacks out of firms wanting to do business with the state. The charges did not involve Mr. Obama.

I don’t think Obama will be this lucky when it comes to the Blagojevich testimony. Once Rod realizes he’ll be seeing prison time, he’ll ’sing like a canary’. I’m sure Obama’s people have been making deals with him for some time now. There will be evidence of this on the wiretaps. I just wonder how deep the FBI is willing to investigate, or how much of a chance they’ll have to keep digging once Obama takes office.
I think one of the O’s first words will be ‘reassignment’.

blago will join ryan in jail, and both can write their memoirs of how the msm railroaded them into prison. rostenkowski can give them pointers on gigs after jail, but at least blago has a homeboy in the white house who can clear his slate with a single signature. chap, like libby, eh.

Obama and his Chicago crew need to hire me as a consultant to fix this mess (a cool $million to start will work). My great-grandfather owned the garage where Al Capone has all of his vehicles serviced. He was probably the only man that Al Capone trusted.

Read the criminal complaint. Rezko & Co. were shaking down children’s hospitals and construction companies to raise funds for the political activities of Blago & Co. A lot of this happened in 2002-2003, when Rezko gave a minimum of $14,000 (that’s what was reported) to Obama. So Rezko admittedly shook down businesses for money, then passed a portion of the money straight to Obama.

Obama’s as guilty as sin, for being a fool, if nothing else.

Ace Rothstein: You guys have to be kidding, adjourned? What do you mean adjoured? Mr. Chairman, Senator. You promised me a hearing, you won’t allow me a hearing? You didn’t even look at the FBI reports. When you were my guest, Mr. Chairman, Senator, at the Tangiers hotel, did you not promise me that I would have a fair hearing?
Senator: I was never… I was never your guest at the Tangiers…
Ace Rothstein: You were never my guest?
    Senator: …that’s right.
Ace Rothstein: I never comped you? I don’t comp you at least 2 or 3 times a month? At the Tangiers?
Senator: I… I’d like to answer that at this time, Mr. Rothstein is being very typical to this point. He’s lying. The only time I was at the Tangiers was when I had dinner with Barney Greenstein.

No they won’t. Those who will not read have no advantage over those who can not read. We live in a country with mostly “will nots” and “can nots” unfortunately!

    IMPEACH! IMPEACH NOW!

a la Jimmy Hoffa. Maybe he’ll become a permanent part of one of infrastructure projects that Obama intends to fasttrack . . . you know, one of the “shovel-ready” ones he’s mentioned.

One thing I’d like to know is why don’t these guys have the colorful nicknames that the old mob guys used to use, like “Fat Vinnie” or “Big Tuna”? A bunch of lightweights, I’d say. And couldn’t the FBI at least release a video of poor old Rod shuffling out to get his newspaper at 6:30 in the morning when the “G Men” cuff him in his PJs and haul him off to the “crowbar hotel”?
