Ohio snooper who targeted Joe the Plumber resigns
Finally, something more than a slap on the wrist. Lead Ohio government snooper Helen Jones-Kelley resigned from her job and two of her cohorts were canned as a result of their plundering through Joe the Plumber’s records.
Glad to see some heads roll.

I’m not a fan of lawsuits, but I think Joe still needs to sue.
She resigned without a blemish on her record and that is inexcusable.
It is somewhat satisfying to know somebody is being held accountable for their violation of Joe’s privacy rights guaranteed by law. However there are many other agencies and state employees that need to join the other three in the unemployment line.

The action by these self righteous clowns had better put a fear in the hearts of all Americans, a sign of things to come, living under a controlled socialistic government.

Rolling heads are fine, but when do the prosecutions start? Shouldn’t there be some accountability when handling (or mishandling) public records?
I also don’t think this would have happened without the one employee coming forward about what was going on, and being forced to write an email to attempt a cover-up.

Now, as we continue to pray in the name of Jesus Christ for all corruption to be exposed, prosecuted, convicted, and prevented, it’s long past time for Barack Hussein Obama to be vetted as seriously as
Joe the Plumber.
Barack’s supposed Certification of Live Birth is so clearly a Kos Kiddie forgery that anyone who believes it’s real is gullible enough to also believe that Obama is they only virgin in the whorehouse.
Seriously, Barack’s COLB was posted on KOS within minutes of someone supplying a template and a sample COLB for “Haye I.B Ahphorgerie“.
Contrary to lies such as this in the media:
The truth is that the Hawaiian officials have NEVER claimed that Obama’s CertificatION of Live Birth is authentic.
The only thing that these two officials “verified” is that they had seen Obama’s original birth certificate and “verified” that it is “on record in accordance with state policies and procedures”. That’s it. Nothing more.
The original birth certificate (OBC) and the forged CertificatION of Live Birth (forged COLB) are two different documents.
The OBC and forged COLB aren’t even central to the Natural Born Citizen issue, because Obama is already disqualified by the admitted fact that he was born a British subject. But the forged COLB is very relevant to judging Obama’s content of character (or the lack thereof).
When it happens, do we call it Illinocide?
I too would call for prosecution of these offenders, but I seriously doubt that it will happen. Remember, the only wrong they think they did was getting caught.

Congress must certify the vote first.
And since:
I expect the Legislative branch to do its Constitutional duty and enforce the Constitutional requirements of the office of President of the United States.
I believe that if the Legislative branch fails to do so, then the Judicial branch will have to do so. The Supreme Court has denied applications to stay in three different cases, but they have not denied certiorari in any of the three. Two have already been distributed for conference (Donofrio on Dec. 5, Wrotnowski on Dec. 12) and the third (Berg) was just distributed for conference on January 9th. So if Congress certifies the Electoral College vote for Obama on January 8th, expect the court to act.
And each and every member of Congress who failed to uphold their oath should be impeached.
May they all resign. Sheesh. What a bunch of “whatever”.

Why are they calling Jones’ a resination? She should have been fired, so the snooping could be put on her very likely less-than-stellar record. A couple of charges would be more appropriate and certainly more satisfying for the taxpayers whom she defrauded by abusing her position.
She did it this time; chances are she’s done it several.

This is exactly what Democrats feared about Bush. But it’s okay to snoop on a private citizen who has the temerity to ask a pertinent question to a democrat running for office.
Yes, it is a TRAVESTY to “invade the privacy” of a suspected terrorist by wiretapping their phone conversations, but an innocent private citizen such as Joe the Plumber who DARES to ask a question of a presidential candidate is fair game. That which libs say they fear is looking back at them in the mirror.
It all depends on what the motive is. With Bush, it was all about security for Americans. With Democrats, it’s all about smearing the opposition and winning elections. Selfish little snot-nosed @%&^#@’s.

resigning is not the same as being fired. resigning means you go on to your next job saying you resigned because of a personality issue with the mean jerk of a boss, and every hr witch knows what you are talking about and hires you out of sympathy. prosecute her behind, which will permanently remove her from some government roles.

For what it’s worth (not much), I wrote to my Rep and one of my Senators (the other is history) demanding that The One’s “natural born” status be settled.
Writing to the senator was an exercise in futility, though, because Salazar has been selected for a cabinet post by the Usurper.

Anyway, if he can produce any evidence (in the form of a statute or S. Ct case ) that a person born in the US to only one US citizen parent, the other being a non-citizen, is not “natural born”, let him give it here.

And here’s an additional puzzler for the red pill taker: suppose a British woman , a widow and not the wife of a person with diplomatic status, gives birth to a son in the U.S. Is that son a US citizen at birth, and hence “natural born”, or not. If not, please explain the concept and status of “anchor babies”.

But don’t just take my word for it.
The Supreme Court has, by their denial of the stay applications, made it clear that they are not going to intervene in the Presidential Election process at THIS POINT, but they have also made it clear (by discussing multiple cases in conference and NOT denying Certiorari in any of them) that they are leaving options open to act if the Congress fails to uphold their oath to support and defend the Constitution.
I guess the appropriate title for Obama now is:
This is not a case of “guilty until proven innocent”. It is a case of “unqualified until proven qualified”.
The 12th amendment makes it clear that both the the Vice-President must qualify, as well:
Unfortunately for Obama, he has already proven that he is UNqualified because he openly admits that both his father and he were British subjects at the time of his birth.
Since the Congress has already made it clear that they believe John McCain is a natural born citizen, the correct thing for them to do is to certify John McCain for President and Joe Biden for Vice-President (assuming that Biden can prove that he qualifies as a natural born citizen).
The Supreme Court could still rule that McCain does not qualify as a natural born citizen. If that happens, we would have the first time in our nation’s history when all of the candidates for President who received Electoral College votes are constitutionally ineligible to hold the office. There would be no eligible Presidential candidates on the “list of those voted for as President”, so it would be impossible for “the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President” from this list.

But the 20th amendment does not make it clear how to get a qualified President when the list is empty.
Perhaps the states would be told to recall their Electors and vote again for President, this time only voting for qualified candidates.
By the way, most people think there are only three qualifications for President:
1) natural born citizen
2) 35 years old or older
3) minimum 14 years residence in USA.
There is something else that can disqualify a candidate…
Violation of Section 3 of the 14th amendment.

Joe still needs to sue for damages in order to teach the state a lesson. This is not over by a long shot.
I agree with the lawsuit. It will provide a discovery process under oath and get to who asked for the information and for these villains to admit that they were spying on “joe” in order to harm him and to silence him. Think about the next step for these criminals and enemies of freedom – deleting or adding false information to our records. These villains are effectively the US version of a secret police force used to blackmail and damage voters. There can be no greater threat to democracy than such efforts. Helen needs to be in jail for 20 years if she tells all and life if she doesn’t. I think this kind of domestic spying has been going on throughout the US by democRATS – gee I wonder if the governor of ILLinois and his wife are capable of ordering spying?
