Fort Dix jihadists convicted: Thank you, Brian Morgenstern
The Jersey Jihadists were convicted today of plotting to murder American soldiers at Fort Dix.
Just a reminder that this would not have been possible without the bravery of Brian Morgenstern, the Circuit City employee who blew the whistle on the terror plotters after seeing one of their training videos, which they had dropped off at the store for DVD conversion.
Thank you, Brian.
Your courage has not been forgotten.

Thanks to Brian for having the intestinal fortitude to report the Jihadist training films to the proper authorities. What really surprises me is the government acted in a timely manner against these medieval savages and has finally convicted them. Brian Morgenstern-a true hero in my book-right up there with the men and women who serve.
I am grateful to Morgenstern too. I have very dear friends who live at Ft. Dix. Military bases serve as training facilities and other military things (storage, offices, etc), yes, but they also serve as township for military families — spouses, children and civilians workers. We will never know the lives saved due to the attention and bravery of ONE citizen!

I hope it is not that bad–but there is something terribly wrong with the man not releasing his birth certificate. No, we are NOT Truthers in the Twin Towers vein–we just see something way out of the ordinary. If and when we find Barack Hussein, Allah Be Praised, Obama WAS NOT born in the United States, what them? Is our Constitution then null and void by Past Practice? Or just the requirement that the President be a natural born citizen?

When I got my National Security Clearance I not only needed my birth certificate but my wife’s. Shouldn’t the demands of a President be a bit stricter than that for a 2nd Lieutenant?

The problem with our INTERIOR enforcement is that the I.C.E. agents (most of whom receive GS-13 pay, about 100K a year +/-) do not like working IMMIGRATION. They would much rather work DRUG cases, which, sorry, we have the DEA for.
So, the I.C.E. agents now have Deportation’s officers that do their job for them and another group called IEA or something? That do the processing.
The US Border Patrol can do all three jobs. If the United States would simply allow the Border Patrol to operate in the interior, we would have thousands of arrests a week, the illegals would run when they heard Border Patrol was there making sweeps.
Look at Obama’s Aunt. Is she still here? Politics.
Please, call your Congress Persons and Senators. Demand they allow border Patrol to hit major cities. For example. If they would allow Border Patrol to target New York city and several large towns on Long Island, we would see a quick reduction of illegals.
Also, please, demand that we have ICE, Border Patrol and Customs work with state Welfare Offices to screen the scrolls of who is receiving benefits. We can remove millions from there that are not entitled, like Obama’s Aunt.
In California, Mexican nationals cross LEGALLY with a Border Crossing card, allowing them to drive within 25 miles of the border area. There are tens of thousands of these Mexican citizens who are on the California’s Welfare systems scrolls, receiving money while living in Mexico and they have no desire to move to the USA, they just want the money, which, we are giving to them, millions of dollars worth each year, and Arnold is wondering where he can trim some fat off the budget?

Scary to think, though, that he would never have had the chance to blow the whistle had the terrorists not been so jaw-droppingly stupid as to bring their jihad training videos to be copied at Circuit City. Like the fact that the birth time on the photoshopped “Obama” COLB matches the birth time on the (mostly) blank template and the forgery that screams “Hey! I Be A Forgery!”
Contrary to what the Associated Press tells you, the Hawaiian officials did NOT “verify” that forgery. They “verified” that they had seen the original birth certificate and had it on record. Thats it. The Hawaiian officials NEVER said the COLB matches the original birth certificate.
Meanwhile, since Obama’s mother is presumed deceased (haven’t seen a death certificate), her records are not protected by HIPPA. Every hospital on the island of Oahu has been contacted, and none of them have a record of Stanley Ann being a patient or giving birth there.
With or without an authentic COLB, Obama is not qualified for POTUS & C-in-C because he had British citizenship at birth.
But the forged COLB just adds to his audacious Chicago politician dishonesty and disdain for the rule of law.

If you think the two plots on Fort Dix were bad, isn’t it infinitely worse that one of those Fort Dix plotters went on to mentor the current unqualified President elect?
If the information on the forged and illegally altered COLB is accurate, then Obama is not qualified because he and his father were British subjects at the time of his birth.
If the information is not accurate, and Obama’s father was actually someone else who really was a U.S. citizen, then Obama is not qualified because he has committed perjury and other high crimes and misdemeanors before even being elected.
The 20th amendment makes it clear that Biden is to serve as President until a President shall have qualified.
Congress has a Constitutional responsibility to ensure the President elect and Vice President elect qualify.
They cannot pass the buck on this without breaking their sworn oath of office.
I believe the SCOTUS is giving their co-equal branch, the Congress, an opportunity to fulfill their Constitutional duty. If Congress fails, I expect the SCOTUS to grant certiorari in 1 or more of the 4 cases on their docket that challenge Obama’s qualification.
This is not a “Tin Foil Hat” issue. It’s is a National Security issue.
The very survival of our Constitutional Republic is on the line.
Let’s not forget that before the Holy Land Foundation retrial, Geraldo Rivera announced on Fox News that none of these cases against Islamic fanatics ever results in a conviction and Geraldo Rivera scoffed at the prosecution of the Holy Land Foundation defendants. He was equally dismissive of the New Jersey case. Mr. Rivera, who is always bragging about what a great defense lawyer he was, was wrong on both counts. His mistake was thinking that everyone shares his ACLU agenda.

By Treaty and law the Panama Canal Zone is indeed the United States-as are military bases in foreign land. As a young couple we were briefed that a women ready to give birth must make sure she is on base or the new born would be a citizen of the host country.

I know all too well the number of people who “see something” but don’t “say something” for fear of being labeled an alarmist, or worse, a racist.
Inevitably, when the facts come to light, we find that someone had anything from a feeling ’something just wasn’t right’ up to ‘yea, I saw it, but I’m sure the government is already investigating it’… happens ALL the time.

Yes they interviewed other Muslims to say these people are not really guilty and are just poor victims instead.
It bears remembering that although this man courageously did the right thing and probably saved lives he initially hesitated to do so for fear of being labeled racist or islamophobic.
Think about that for as second. Political correctness and the need to never offend anyone…ever… has so deeply sunken into our society that someone thinks twice before reporting an impending mass murder. We really need to do something about that.
