When did we allow spokesholes like Greg Craig to speak on behalf of anyone without questioning them of how they obtained the knowledge? This is how a real Q & A session (press conference) should go…

Craig: The Chief of Staff to the President-elect only had one or two conversations with the Governor.

Craig: Uhh…no. It was reported to me.
Reporter: Who reported it to you and who was present during the conversations?
Craig: I am just trying to clarify the situation…
Reporter: Well, if you don’t know, then why are you telling us otherwise unless someone directed you to tell us. Who would that be?
Craig: Uhh…I cannot reveal that.
Reporter: So you are either lying or have nothing to add to this conversation, is that it?

I get the feeling that when little Greg Craig watched cowboy movies in his youth…he wasn’t rooting for the guy in the white hat.

Also, I invite all liberals at this site to review Mr. Craig’s academic resume (a rich, liberal daddy who ran Stanford University…entry into Philips Exeter Academy…Harvard…Cambridge University…Yale Law School…etc.)

Can we expect the same caterwauls of “rich, priviledged, legacy-driven, riding on daddy’s academic coattails, pampered white guy” that you reserved for GW?

Conclusion:
I thought that Watergate proved that the media considered the coverup to be worse than the original crime/issue. As a journalist, the scent of a coverup should fire up the blood and start the investigation.
It may be that Obama (not Emanuel) is relatively innocent, so why the spinning?
