Small point, but it was child custody hearing records that I believe were the issue, and contained the juicy stuff. Both Jack and Hopefully Senator Presumptive Jeri Ryan had agreed to make the divorce records public.

True. I also use an AK for Pheasant hunting, with an occasional IEB (Improvised Explosive Birdbath) thrown in for good measure. But those phone calls to al Qaeda should be exempt from NSA listening, and only sealed divorce records of your political foes should be public knowledge.

Why are you stuck on “evidence?” It is irrelevant. One more time lgm; this is NOT Cops and Robbers. The people we have captured are Prisoners of War captured in combat zones. If some are criminals that is a whole different manner.

10% of the Gitmo crowd may be criminals, but 100% of them are POW’s and until hostilities cease there they stay. If hostilities do not cease, well they die of old age. Sucks to be them, but they should have considered that when they chose to pick a fight with us.

You remind me of William Kunstler, the “progressive” lawyer who defended the Chicago 7 in the 70’s. When asked why he had not denounced the butchering of Cambodians by the Khmer Rouge (1.8 million people, 25% of Cambodia’s population), Kunstler responded, “I make it a point to never criticize the actions of a socialist country.”

Kunstler would be very proud of you lgm. Like Kunstler, in your world view I am your enemy so those who oppose me, like those wonderful jihadists are justified in doing anything that puts me and those like me where we belong up to an including a grave.

The B2s made the round trip to Baghdad from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri. They and the B1Bs could fly from Israel to Tehran and hang around for a few hours without refueling.
