A church that does not honor the Sabbath is not “doctrinally sound”. The Sabbath is the 7th day not the first. The RCC changed the “day of the Lord” to the first day. There is NO biblical evidence for worship on the first day. Good luck in your search.

1. I will find a church that is doctrinally sound and where I feel the Spirit dwells and works.

Check out the Willow Creek association. It is not a denomonation, but rather a inter-denominational (as well as non-denominational) group of churches that adhere to biblical standards. They are not all mega-churches, as some may not like such. I am biased, as I got Saved at Willow Creek, but this list helped me find a church here in Vegas.

I found mine after many years of searching. (Hint: Think Glenn Beck, Gladys Knight, and Mitt Romney.)
