Of course, despite what all of you have said, Billy is pure, unadulturated hispanic. He speaks Spanish, doesn’t he? Yup, I could have sworn he made some comments in espanol when he was chosen by the Obamasenor!

That Richardson tends to shift the conversation is exactly what he did all during the primaries. Just when a topic got heated and interesting, you could count on el buen amigo Guillermo to shift the conversation to some dronish, sleep- inducing “we all need to pull together” cumbaya blather.
