Same thing happened here in Washington state in ’04. Dino Rossi had it by 49 votes at the end of the 2nd count. Then Christine Gregoire bought a 3rd count with John Kerry’s money and the unions’ $$ to pay for the recount (which law required for a 3rd count). The democrats ‘got’ the result they wanted. Even though there were 3,000 more votes than voters. You figure it out….

One drama is over. One has just begun.

I see that Ali Franken and the 40 Thieves have just about put the final touches on their theft of a Senate seat in Minnesota.

Just keep recounting until you win, Al. Then declare victory. Fraud? Noooooo… “Lost now found” ballots? Uh uh.

It’s all on the up-and-up there…I can’t believe what’s become of the state where I was born.

I do believe I predicted that Dingy Harry would lose–the Congressional Black Caucus would win. I was hoping for a long drawn out fight–when Congress does nothing all the world is a better place.

So Illinois replaced one Chicago Street Hustler with another–it is a wash. If there was a special election I can not see the Republicans winning it. Unless their candidate were to win by a landslide Mayor Daley and his friends up north would steal enough votes to make it a Democratic victory– as happened in Minnesota. Illinois is much more experienced in stealing elections than their brothers to the North.

Now we watch: Will Queen Caroline collapse in New York? Will the world be stuck with another Cuomo-Andrew? Will Nancy Pelosi have Dingy Harry’s Baby? Damn, that would be one ugly kid.

Burris, Reid, Franken, Pelosi, Obama, Dodd, Frank, Schumer. These are the BEST the Democrats can offer.

bradley: I would submit you left off a few others — Kennedy (D, Chappaquidick), Byrd (D, KKK), Kerry (D, N Vietnam) as well as those who recently served, i.e., Jefferson (D, Cold Cash, LA), Edwards (D, Adultery).

I am certain there are others who are still serving as well as those who should be serving (time in a correctional facility!)

What amazing courage the democRATS have – more than any other invertebrate! Now your average jellyfish just doesn’t have what it takes to make this kind of decision.
They must have done a little research and found out he was as crooked as the rest of Felons of the Senate and so it wasn’t even close. “Blags’ boy” can work around the clock to free his boss, even through in legal aid in the stim package for Blag.
