JTP in Sderot: “Do you think this is normal, the way you cover this conflict…?”

Joe the Plumber arrived in Sderot, Israel, and earlier in the day he spoke to the foreign press.
Boy, did he ever speak to them.
Via the Jerusalem Post, which also notes a Kassam rocket attack occurred Sunday afternoon during the visit:
Samuel Wurzelbacher of Ohio, aka Joe the Plumber, arrived in Sderot at noon Sunday to show local and foreign reporters how to do it right.
“You should be ashamed of yourself,” he told foreign reporters.
“You should be patriotic, protect your family and children, not report like you have been doing for the past two weeks since this war has started,” he said.
Wurzelbacher, the man who stole the limelight from Republican presidential candidate John McCain during the American election campaign, has found a new job – as a correspondent for the Internet Web sites PJTV and Pajamas Media.
Armed with a camera and a temporary Government Press Office card, he got a taste of reality in Sderot, visiting a house hit by a Kassam rocket two weeks ago and experiencing a “Code Red” alert first-hand. He also observed and reported from the house where a Kassam landed on Sunday afternoon.
…”Do you think this is normal, the way you cover this conflict and give away information to your enemy?” he asked the journalists that gathered around him.
“It makes me sick to see the way you behave – you guys need to be protective of your homes, your children, your family.”
“I am angry,” he said, “and this is why I came here.”

Reuters adds this detail:
“Israel is being attacked and they’re defending themselves,” Wurzelbacher told reporters. His remarks were interrupted by an alert for an incoming rocket which sent him dashing to a concrete shelter. No one was hurt.

It would be wonderful to have Joe give the world media a class on reporting the real truth behind this non-Israel induced conflict. CNN fakes a news story with a doctor who is rabidly anti-Semitic and a terrorist sympathizer who champions future terrorist attacks on the USA in a pathetic attempt to paint Israel as the bad-guy.
Contrasted with an ordinary man with a camera who comes out and puts them all to shame in seconds with his “in your face honest reporting”. Oh how the liberals are going to hate him even more if that were possible for exposing their little socialist game of lying to the public for political and personal gain.
First Joe exposes Obama for the socialist he is by asking a simple question, now he exposes the media for their biased, enemy aiding, and sometimes false reports. Go Joe! Stay safe out there.

Reality reporting – what a concept!
Please have his handlers assign him to report on global warming, open borders, and the push for ruining the rest of our economy with socialized medicine, the Global Poverty Act and the Obama New New Deal.

Joe won’t find too many “reporters” there. The place is full of “commentators” and “editorialists” from organizations that are pro-Hamas. You think places like CNN are “reporting” the news, but, in truth, all you’re seeing is what they want you to see.
When will Pajamas Media come to DirecTV? I’d actually watch the news with some honest, down to earth reporting.
That was some mighty good reporting. And it was done by an ordinary guy who cares.

What I just cannot understand and never will is why there is so much dishonesty in the media and why it seems that every so-called journalist, in this country and all over the world, has gotten so corrupt! How stupid must they be to not understand how much they are hurting innocent people with their baises! When an honest man like JTP is lauded as a hero just for having the guts to tell the truth, it really proves how far left the world has gotten. And the fact that we fear for his safety is further proof of the evil that is so prevelant out there. Keep the prayers going!
There was a time when a college education in America was the exception, not the rule. It seems that the more “educated” the people are, the more arrogant and intellectually lazy they become.

The basic problem here is that these TV “talking heads” and field “reporters” somehow got the impression what they do is JOURNALISM. It is not. It doesn’t require a degree to go into the streets and report on what is happening – it takes a bit of good old common sense, while dispensing with ego and personal agendas. We all (at least I have) seen high school kids do reporting and/or interviews that are at least as good as there so-called “professionals”.
Nitwits like Couric don’t even write the stuff they report – they have notes written by others, and without prompters they probably could not even do that.

Yea, that’s it. He wasn’t the one who embarrassed Obama by revealing his “spread the wealth” comment. He was the one who “stole the limelight” from McCain. That must be why the MSM and every Democrat on the planet attacked Joe so visiously. They couldn’t stand to see him hurting McCain like that. Et tu, Jerusalem Post?

When the time is right, lets say a few months from now, I would love to see Joe go to Alaska and interview Palin in a totally free form manner.
Get her take on Obama, the “ModReps” as exemplified by McCain, Conservatism, and most importantly will she come back down here to the 48.
I wouldn’t blame her if she told us to “pound sand”. But my gut tells me that Sarah entered this thing for the fight and the win. She will be back with a vengeance.
