So? If the Constitution IS the law of the land let justice be done, the Heavens will not fall. This country was born of and defended by hard men making hard choices. If it takes civil unrest or even civil war to defend our home and country let it be so.

This is why the SCOTUS just dropped the issue. They could have demanded that the B.O. appear before the court with the required documentation. But they realized that if the documentation was insufficient (as it appears to be), they would have had to rule against him. So they just dropped it.

Just one more part of our constitution that was included for a reason, but is know just kicked aside like some trash because it’s inconvenient to a socialist taking power.

By the way, I know that slavery was part of the constitution, too. But the Republicans got that amended out, over the protests of the democrats. The qualifications have never been amended.

How many Hawaiian government officials have verified that the Certification of Live Birth produced by the Obama campaign is authentic?

In case you’re interested, even the State of Hawai’i doesn’t want to use it’s own Certification of Live Birth as an acceptable document to be used for the grant of property to native Hawaiians. They request the original Certificate of Live Birth!

So let’s see…the document is good enough to prove presidential eligibility but not good enough for the original issuing state in the case of property grants?
