Maybe we should have arrested the Japanese airmen that bombed Pearl Harbor on 7 Dec 1941 and tried them in a court of law then locked them up for life or executed them if they were proven guilty.

Abu Ghraib was indeed a breakdown of military order and careers lost.

The “torture” at Gitmo does not impress. But we shall see what a President Obama does. As much as I do not like nor trust the man this we do know: He can not let the mohammedans attack us at will and survive politically. Gitmo gone? Waterboarding gone? We shall see.

Iran has already tweaked his nose and set hard conditions for negotiations. Just weeks before his inauguration Hamas stepped up their attacks to provoke Israel. The magic hits reality.
