If she really believed this, why would she wait until after Obama takes office to do anything about it?

Could it be because it’s less about any adherence to the law and more about political posturing? If she had a case, she would have made it in order to shame the administration then, right? If it was so clear cut, then why did she dally? Could it because she knew that it would fail?

Pelosi only gets tough when she feels she can completely silence the opposition. So long as there is someone with the ability to oppose her, you get these mealy-mouthed sorta-maybe statements to appease the far left.
