By coincidence, that technique was discussed on the TV show “Burn Notice” last night.

This country wanted Obama, voted for him and swooned over the inauguration. They can “talk” to the jihadist: that is what President Obama said he would do. Just make sure we give the errant lads welfare so they will not be deprived and will love us the way the mohammedans love the Brits who treat them so well.

I must confess that if I did know of a pending terrorist attack I would have to think about it before talking to the feds. It it was strictly Blue State I just might say “let the libs figure it out”; I might.

I can’t understand why so many Americans want to think the worst of their military, that we just yanked these people at random and locked them away for this length of time. If these detainees are innocent, why would the military waste their resources in holding them? They know how controversial this Gitmo thing is. They know the world is watching. If the military was certain that these detainees were faultless, they wouldn’t be holding them anymore. As long as that uncertainty is there, keep them in military custody. The enemy doesn’t take prisoners—it takes off heads while the sympathizers gloat and take to the streets in celebration and support.

War on terror, shmore on terror, right? Millions are at risk, while Democrats worry about the comfort—nay, the libertad! of a few hundred suspected war criminals. Stuck on 9/10.

What the heck, send them here to the Front Range. I need to recalibrate my scope. I’ll give the jihadis the same respect and courtesy that they gave him.
