Obama made important changes to the stimulus package because of Republican input — more tax cuts, cutting aid to mass transit, etc. Now Democratic strategists are saying: no matter what concessions we make, Republicans don’t cooperate. Let’s ignore them.

And why, exactly, should the person being marched to the guillotine HAVE to stay in step with the executioner?

The Dems gave up one or two very minor things and that makes it all OK!

What is with the lefts massive liberal hate for this woman??? I thought they were bad with bush, but Gov Palin seems to make them all go off thier meds.

Yeah…can you imagine if she becomes President? You think Bush Derangement Syndrome was bad…she would be crucified! I’m afraid it might be too dangerous for her to even think about running.

I know you feel the will of the people only applies to liberals, but there are a lot of pissed off conservatives out there…millions! The chickens will eventually come home to roost.

Name five specific cuts the GOP asked for and Obama implemented in this bill? And giving “tax cuts” to illegal immigrants and others who don’t pay taxes IS NOT A TAX CUT. IT IS WELFARE!

Actually, the Dear One's response to Republican requests for changes to the Spending Bill were two words: "I won." It's been four months since Harry Reid allowed a Republican to offer an amendment to a bill.
