Bush or any other prominent Republican made a similar misstatement that it would be fodder for every newspaper and broadcast news show as to how idiotic Republicans / conservatives are.

Our government defines a person as employeed if they work one hour per week. So who knows what the real job creation and loss numbers are? Maybe people are having their cars washed only twice a month now instead of four times a month?
Sounds like the ‘Porkulous” bill could use some additional funding for Beltway area, Adult-based Continuing Education courses in Civics, U.S. Government, Tax Preparation, Remedial Math and Public Speaking.
