Where in the world; Updated: A gaffe of my own!

Scroll for updates…

I’m scheduled to appear this morning on Fox&Friends at around 8:15am Eastern to talk about Nancy “Know Your Numbers” Pelosi.

Newsbusters has a video reminder that Pelosi made the “500 million jobs” gaffe before.

All is not well in Nancy’s House.

***

Update: Heh. In quickly listing a bunch of Democrat gaffes this morning — Obama’s 57 states, Joe Biden’s J-O-B-S, Obama’s “10,000 died” in last year’s Kansas tornado, I referred the second time to the latter disaster at the end of the segment as a “hurricane” instead of tornado. (I’m going to use the same excuse the Dems are making for their gaffes: I *meant* to misspeak!) ;)

Yep, we all make mistakes. But some mistakes are magnitudes of order bigger than others. Some are slips of the tongue and others are ideologically driven. And the double standards in how these mistakes are treated are telling. Prediction: The left-wing blogs will make more of my gaffe than that of Nancy Pelosi’s repeat apocalyptic-ism. Watch and see.

Good morning Michelle will tune in to watch this morning. Let’s hope the Blue Dogs will continue to give San Fran Nan difficulties and perhaps they will wise up and replace her. It would be nice to see some commonsense coming out of the House for a change. Wish you well this morning in your segment, hope you have a great time.

Unfortunately too many out there will just say “yes, she’s a little off — it won’t be near that high. An honest mistake, but 100 million new civil service jobs to roof and feed our children is way better than Bush’s nothing.” She’ll slide, just the Bomba to the critical-thinking MSM.

Tornado…hurricane…what’s the difference? Both are storms, both happened during the Bush Administration, both killed people, both were played by Democrats for political gain.

    Dead people = Democrat bait.

Glenn Beck cutting off people! I can’t believe such a thing. At least he won’t threaten to spit on Michelle.

I’d still like to go and give old Gerry Rivera a “blanket party” for that. What a putz!

Hi Michelle–when do you find time to sleep and take care of your family? You must be a really good organizer–you are always busy as hell and on top of the ongoing political and economic disasters that keep hitting us.

Actually Michelle … I caught your “gaffe” but in one of my “fortunately” infrequent liberal lapses let it slide and just ignored it as a moment of “misspeak” …

Since someone mentioned Whorealdo, does anyone watch his show on fox on the weekends. Never seen it myself, and never will, what waste of good air…learned that back when he was searching for Capone’s tomb, where Whorealdo should be if it was ever found. Oooops, was that too nasty of a comment, oh well, it’s the way I feel about that racist, bastard.

I’m a little confused by this outrage over the Pelosi thing. It is so obviously false that anyone with even the most basic reasoning skills would know that it’s not true. This isn’t a bending of the truth. It’s plainly and obviously false. When politicians are being sleazy, that don’t make statements that are impossible to justify.

This is quite clearly a misstatement (regardless of how many times she’s said it.) To claim otherwise makes me seriously question one’s sincerity (are they really mad about the comment, or are they just looking for a reason to be upset?)

So, freaking what?! You had a gaffe. Big whooped de do. Who doesn’t? It would be more silliness to make hay out of this, just like any other gaffe.

    Let’s move on to substance.
