He was heartened to get a call from a parent saying his son is trying to organize a protest. Another caller offered to go up with him. Apparently it is a state college, but a private group is funding something to do with it. Sorry I don’t have all the details, but if you have family involved with this University you might want to check it out.

    Why can’t the still living victims and the families of all their victims (living and murdered) sue for all the Ayers bombing family money, mansions, and book sales revenues? I’m not a big fan of lawyers, but it should be possible to get some bucks from them.

    I’m pretty sure most laws about this are like the ones here in the People’s Socialist Quagmire of California.

    The perp must get convicted and then try to profit from the story. If Hollyweird fictionalizes the story using different names, the families have no standing.

    Uhm… two letters: O and J.

    Remember that the Goldmans and Browns sued OJ Simpson under a “wrongful death” suit. And won.

    The family members could go after Ayers and his wife, for sure. A civil suit doesn’t require conviction in criminal court first – although it does help.

    I periodically search http://www.supportbillayers.org for supporters from my alma mater. I’ve pulled all my financial support to the school. It was significant. I told the school that as long as these terrorist supporters were employed, I would no longer be giving financial support.

    So far, I have 10 other successful grads that have pulled theirs.

    Since I did that, the number of supporters has gone from 3 to 8. Proof that liberal stupidity only grows in academia, but hardly ever recedes.
