<blockquote>But when three Republicans crossed the aisle over the weekend to say they will support a compromise economic recovery plan opposed by every other Senate minority Republican, Americans United for Change bought up radio time urging voters to call and thank Sens. Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins and Arlen Specter for "providing the leadership we need to get the job done."</blockquote>

"...we have to fight to take our country back!"

I'm afraid that just might be the case. Scared. Not wanting it to get there. Thinking it may get there anyway. Especially if Mexico takes a dive and we get hordes of refugees storming across non-existent borders.

I spent 4 months negotiating to purchase an automobile, it took that long for me to reach a "deal" that made sense to my purchasing sensitivities. I saved $4,700.00 of MY money. Why are these irresponsible clowns so inclined to commit My money to worthless financial issues? and spend a week or two at the most to ensure that we are getting a deal on an unidentified "crisis spending issue". Time for some change, hopey change, get rid of all these idiots and require them to recite the preamble, the constitution and Bill of Rights 100 times from memory as a requirement of the swearing in process.

If anyone is interested, McMaverick has a petition you can sign at

Somehow I bet Juan is just using this as a way to collect information for a fund raising campaign for his PAC.

Soon as the personal information is collected, the petition goes in the trash.
