8:40pm Eastern. Huffington Post has a seat in the WH press conference room. Nutroots membership has its privileges.
8:58pm Eastern. Obama lectures conservatives: “People need to break out of their ideological rigidity.”
Repeatedly insists that there is no dissent among economists about his porkulus.
I repeat: President Obama, you can’t stifle this dissent.
Ends the press conference: “Thank you, guys.”

Since Obama has never run a business, or taken a business or finance class in his entire life, let me advise:
Tax CUTS…capital gains tax CUTS…PRIVATE industry…is what will work in this country to get things moving. Small businesses and entrepreneurs have always driven this country forward and contributed most to the economy. But unfortunately, Obama thinks that anyone who makes $250K is too “rich” and deserves a tax hike. Sorry, but history shows that tax hikes (especially in a recession), make things worse.
Government is the answer for the left wing fools.
Financial situation? Let the banks figure it out on their own. They brought this mess on with the help of our government in the name of “diversity” and “fairness”. Throwing more money at these fools is like throwing more fuel at a fire.
