   We have the stimulus bill, the regular funding of government agencies (on top of the bill) and then all of the rest of the spending.

   That is fine, but they had better not wear their uniform if they are still on active duty.

   Further, as a retiree or seperated member, you may wear the uniform to a ceremony where it is appropriate — I wear mine to honor fallen comrades at funerals, to military weddings, and when invited to speak at Veteran or Memorial Day ceremonies. A political rally is not appropriate.

   At the same time, the uniform must be worn to the same standards as when on active duty — i.e., no partial uniform, no scraggly hair or beards, no peace symbols or love beads, etc.

   Going to hear the Presdient speak is NOT an occasion for wearing the uniform, unless he is visiting a military base to address the troops.

    My wife and I are retired and tired of these Illinois winters and can’t afford to go south so bring on that tropical prisonsite.
