    Why the Hell did Congress inspect one Certificate from Hawaii (the Certificate of the Electoral vote), but not the other Certificate from Hawaii (the Certificate of Birth for Obama)?

    I would think that all it would take would be for ONE member of Congress to stand up and demand to see the original birth certificate.

    By Vattel’s definition, all three of the following are required to be a “natural-born citizen”
    1) born in the country
    2) father was a citizen
    3) mother was a citizen

    Obama undeniably does not meet the second condition. Whether or not that condition is still required is debatable in the courts (who gets to define “natural born citizen”).

    But I also suspect that he does not meet the first condition, either.

    Why? Because the only document he produced did NOT come from the State of Hawaii, was never verified by the State of Hawaii, was only shown to a small, controlled, friendly audience, and then both the Associated Press and Annenberg Political Fact Check spread outright lies to convince people that the lie was the truth.

    If there is nothing to hide, release the original birth certificate.

    It could be the key to taking at least two Marxists (Obama and Pelosi) out of their positions of power.

    And you think that’s not a battle worth fighting?

    It could very well save our country.

    Not so sure why that is so hard to understand. Let’s say he is not qualified, then what? What would happen if the Supreme Court said, “This first black man to be elected President is NOT qualified.”

    I understand its the law, its the Constitution, and I’m right there with you.

    But consider for a moment what would happen if they threw Obama out on a technicality?

    The only way this could have stood a chance of happening is if it took place early on before anyone thought he had a shot. Will never happen now.

    That same cancer of communism and socialism that Reagan identified and fought against for most of his life has finally permeated our government…the very disease that Reagan thwarted first as President of the Screen Actors Guild, then throughout his political life, has again taken root and has flourished, thanks to our apathy.

    I still believe as Reagan did, that “our best days are ahead.” But now more than ever, we must FIGHT for them. Do we deserve our liberty if we will not fight for it?

    It’s not a “technicality”. It’s an issue of loyalty. Natural Born Citizens (those born in the country, of parents who are citizens) are loyal to this country. Obama was born with citizenship to a foreign land, and was raised in the world’s most populous Muslim country. His journey is to “bring an Empire to its knees”. He is a communist, and the “Empire” he seeks to bring to its knees is the United States of America.

    Again, this isn’t a “technicality”. The survival of our nation may depend on it.

    Would there be riots by Obama supporters?
    Probably.

    Is supporting and defending our Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic, worth it?
    Yes.

    Unfotunately, Cindy Sheehan ran a very active campaign in 2008 and only received 16.14% of the vote compared to Pelosi’s 71.76%.

    In 2008, Cindy was attacking Nancy from the left and the Republican candidate was actively attacking from the right and Pelosi still won in a landslide.
