    I’m pretty sure there are military construction projects (medical and child care) in there. I don’t remember reading about them getting cut.

    AFIS (a military news service) had a blurb on the military construction money but it wasn’t specific at all.

    As for the VA? I’m not sure.

    I don’t support this stimulus or supplementals. I think they are paid to evaluate our budget and think ahead of the problems so all these things (even military needs) can be debated and budgeted.

    This hurry-up-and-give-me money junk has got to go, no matter what the funds are for.
