Depends. In order for a leaving the scene of an accident causing personal injury – the injurt must be “serious personal injury”, “likely to die”, or result in death.”

In this case the injury was apparently minor. Leaving the scene is still a “crime” under the NYS Penal law, but in this case it’s a misdemeanor.

I won’t comment on the gravitational disturbances that occurred while she was waving to the crowd.

What I will comment on is the fact that neither one of them knows how to dance. The attempt to put her is a spin was embarrassing at best. While they attempted to show decorum, neither one of them knew what the hell they were doing.

However, it was nice to see Don “No Soul” Simmons out in public, pretending to be the President.

When you consider the way the MSM has lowered this countries expectations to what beauty, grace, style and intelligence is, is it any wonder so many people feel the way they do about Lady MacBeth and her mate?

Mrs. Bush was a woman who exuded class, style, grace, warmth. She was a woman who obviously did not believe that being a wife and mother was some sort of “punishment”. Her warm and winning smile was something that was so wonderful to see after the previous 8 years of a scowl on a first lady that made her appear as if someone was holding a small turd under her nose.

It was the very likes of this moron and other horrid people calling themselves “tolerant” and “Liberal” that robbed Mrs. Bush of the full experience of being First Lady. The members of the MSM and the rest of the BDS sufferers did not allow the Bush’s the opportunities that other Presidents had. There were not the television specials about how she had decorated, what China pattern they had chosen, etc., etc.

Now, with the usurper and his Harpie sitting in the White House, the injustice that was shown towards Mrs. Bush will only become that much clearer and obvious.

If this so called “journalist” has a little boy-crush on Der Fuhrer’s wife, let him keep it to himself. He and so many others owe Mrs. Bush an enormous apology, however as classless as they have been towards her, she has shown all that much more class in enduring over 8 years of their unfounded insanity and hatred.

Maybe he can do a story on what kid of decisions MichelleO needed to make as she seriously considered marrying and having children with a drug dealing Socialist whose best friends were admitted terrorists and murderers. He may even get a chance to sit near her and can write a follow up about all the goose bumps.
