Well would you be surprised? I watched the evening news out of LA and not a peep was mentioned on any of them that I viewed.

You can bet your butt that if it was something to do with prop 8 or some Obama love fest or other nonsense, it would have been the top story.

Glad that the people out there raised some hell though!

Quick update, still NOTHING on the local news but O’Reilly had a short video of the event near the end of the show.

lgm, having lived out here for over two years I can refute you with a high degree of accuracy. NO ONE I know, work with, attend school with or in any way associate with thinks higher taxes is a good idea. The reason: This state needs to curb it’s out of control spending, not feed it with further tax increases.

Stick to commenting on things you may actually know something about. Here’s a hint:

You’re right that Obama promised exactly what he’s delivering. He said he would go after the wealthy and the productive. He’s giving us exactly the kind of crap he campaigned on, and likely most of his supporters and voters wanted exactly that.

Of course, once the masses figure out they can just vote themselves more money the republic is dead or dying.
