Photoshop flashback of the day

By Michelle Malkin  •  March 9, 2009 10:58 PM

With all the heated, intra-mural battles taking place over whether we can publicly hope Obama fails (at Hot Air, see Patterico vs. Jeff Goldstein), I thought it was high time for a comic relief flashback.

Via imao.us and scott t hong, a classic photoshop from last year’s campaign:

See, there’s no need to debate whether you want him to fail by succeeding or succeed by failing. No need to tear each other apart wondering how better or best conservatives should express themselves.

Barack Obama is FAIL.

That is all.

Fail, lil bHo. Fail because you are attracting failure. And deep down you know you cannot deliver.

Your chaotic childhood has driven your grandiose projection of yourself all across this Great Nation (and yes we are still great in spite of you and your maudlin take on economic realities)- so you have spread your dead last opinion of yourself so thin that the only transparency you can muster is this comedy of brash display of narcofied inferiority.

Your weird attachment to the women in your life befuddles your view of the world as you search for your own feminine side to the detriment of your focus to be the Leader of the Free World.

Your walk across the White House lawn from Chopper 1 betrays your inability to look people in the eye. You exude hesitancy. And your second rate ability to speak your mind to the American public betrays the lack of acumen in designing, developing, refining, maintaining, and expanding your own ideas about how to do what must be done: LEAD.

Surrounded by the best minds YOU could inherit and surrounded by the keenest minds on the planet who have not voiced an opinion YET— you are retreating into the vortex of your inferiorized sense of self.

Too bad- you fooled a lot of Americans. And some are still engrossed in your false sense of superiority.

    EPIC FAIL!!!!

    Ooooohhhhh yeah!!

This is turning into some sort of bad dream. Seriously, I cannot believe that after all that has been in the news in the last 24 hours, how there can even possibly be a single person who could still be supporting him. I just keep shaking my head, thinking, “NO ONE can be THAT stupid”.

Then I read the comments here, see the asinine statements from LGM and IHMC and a few others and think, “Wow…I guess they can be that stupid…AND MORE!”

I have never felt more worried and concerned about the safety of this nation against attacks from our enemies than I have over the last few days. Not even after 9-11. At least after those attacks, I was assured that Bush was on the ball, knew what had to be done, knew who our enemies were as well as our friends and was not about to let polls or PC thugs decide how to keep us safe. I knew that he had surrounded himself with intelligent, knowlegable and experienced people who knew what to do and when to do it.

Especially after reading what was posted here today and the links therein, I am positive that there is not a single human being in the entire Obama Administration that has a freaking clue as to how best to keep us safe, let alone know who the bad guys are and how to keep our friends happy.

If ever there was to be another attack, it will happen really soon. If some knucklehead like me can see the gaping holes in our security as well as the inexperience and epic failure of the people he has chosen to keep us safe, (and I do not mean the military, I mean those that make the decisions regarding the military), then you can easily imagine that our enemies who have been waiting and watching patiently for any cracks in the wall have noticed it and are moving to exploit said cracks in the biggest and most damaging way they can imagine.

That pretty much nails him. Personally, I don’t think Obama has the capacity to be a mediocre sanitation commissioner, let alone sitting in the highest position on the face of the Earth. I just wonder at what point (if there ever CAN be that point) when the media will jump off the bandwagon. I mean, there WILL be a time when it is SOOOOOOO obvious that this turd is in over his head, that his negatives are going to tank as fast as the economy (in spite of all the rhetoric about how “it’s all Bush’s fault”), and you’d think that some folks will want to save whatever face that they’ve got left. I predict that it’s going to get so bad in the next four years that Bush’s administration will be looked upon as “the good ol’ days.”

I only have one fear greater than the fear I have of what the final damage assessment of his term as President will be.

That fear is that the people of this country will learn absolutely NOTHING from this abomination, and he will be the model and not the exception.

    OT:
Lieberman is a typical Democrat after all; no principles.

Former McCain ally showers praise on the popular Democratic president

It’s a striking turnaround from the days when Lieberman was a fixture at McCain’s side during campaign stops. McCain had even considered making Lieberman, who nearly won the vice presidency on the Democratic ticket with Al Gore in 2000, his running mate.

“Do I think it is more principle or politics?” said Quinnipiac University Poll director Doug Schwartz of Lieberman’s moves. “It is a tough question.”

Lieberman’s campaigning for McCain hurt him with Connecticut voters, particularly Democrats, Schwartz said.

Connecticut’s Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, who is mentioned as a possible 2012 Senate Democratic candidate, would beat Lieberman by 28 points in a hypothetical matchup, a recent Quinnipiac poll showed.

Lieberman scoffed at any suggestion his embrace of Obama is more about political expediency than principle.

“I haven’t changed … I’ve always had a voting record that is more with the Democrats than with the Republicans,” he said.

Many Democrats still chafe at how Lieberman needled Obama during his Republican National Convention speech with the line “eloquence is no substitute for a record.”

Or when Lieberman cast the race as a choice between “one candidate, John McCain, who has always put the country first, worked across party lines to get things done, and one candidate who has not. Between one candidate who’s a talker, and the other candidate who’s the leader America needs as our next president.”

Lieberman said he understands why he struck a nerve with Obama’s backers.

“We were in the middle of a campaign and we just plain disagreed … When I said those things not only did I believe them, but I believe looking at the records of the two people then, they were right,” Lieberman said.

Lieberman said he never meant to suggest that Obama did not put his country first. Lieberman said his words were “too subject” to that interpretation and that he wishes he had spoken more clearly.

Interesting, after the initial Obama wins panic in November (after the initial slide of the housing bubble bursting compounded by Bush’s panicky Democrat like solution of TARP), the stock market stabilized.

And then started falling off the cliff again when Obama took office and investors realized the ‘moderate’ and ‘bipartisan’ talk was a line of pure BS

BTW, between a roughly nine to one spending advantage, much if it illegal money cheerfully taken by Team Obama, a swooning press, and a Republican-Lite candidate who generally shared Obama’s views on illegal immigration and global warming/cap & trade, which deprived McCain of what should have been excellent wedge issues, the Obama win, by a similar margin to Prop. 8′s win in California, wasn’t exactly a surprise to most people.

lgm is a product of his environment. He would like to believe that he’s such a free thinker but sadly he isn’t and his insistance proves he will cling to his comfort zone at all costs. He is like so many and honestly, he is like many who grew up during the 60s and in later life, grew a brain. Let’s hope he does too.

From the bottom of my heart I hope I’m wrong about Obama. I hope he turns out to be a strong, decisive, brilliant leader whose policies raise this country to new levels of greatness and prosperity.

But I’m having a really, really hard time squaring that hope with observable reality.

That’s an excellent question that I admit I don’t really have an answer to yet. But I have 5,000 rounds of ammo and about a year’s worth of non-perishable food, so if the time does come to pick up a stick it’s comforting to know I have one.

I’ll also say (in case it’s unclear) that my hopes about Obama are grounded entirely in goodwill towards my country and not towards the man himself. Indeed, Obama and his ilk make me wish I believed in hell.

Obama et al. will do what Chavez has done. They will make enough changes to further their agenda, but never enough to provoke revolt. We are at the mercy of those masses who have been told that violence doesn’t solve anything.

Me Darlin’ and I were discussing this self-same issue into the wee hours of the eventide as we reviewed the Book of Esther, as our folk are wont to do at this time of year.

    We discussed the following:

    1. The circumstances of today so mirror 1930′s Germany it is spooky. Rising unemployment, a war that many liberals did not understand (like they really understand issues more complicated than right-shoe-right-foot; left-shoe-left-foot), rising prices, falling-to-near-zero return on investments…and the looking for a scapegoat for it all (Rush, rich people, Right-Wing-Christian Extremists and, in some circles – the ever popular “Evil Joose”.)

    2. The rise to power of a group of people with Fascist Ideals. Notice the similarity of Hitler (a small time criminal) to Obama (a petty thief, er, Chicago attorney and minor polititian). Look at their cast of characters: Goebbels/Pelosi; Goring/Reid; Roehm/Hastings; Hess/Clinton; Heydrich-Himmler/Rahmbo. (Some players seem to shape-shift, but you’ll get the idea…soon.)

    3. The Sheeple mentality of much of the country. The prevailing idea: “As long as I get mine, all is right with the world and everyone else be d*mned.”

    4. The imperviousness of the upper leadership to negative opinions and the efforts of the leaders to shift blame from their policies and actions to others – including prior administrations. (This is so much more pronounced in this administration which makes it worth mentioning here.)

    5. The insulting and snubbing of Great Britian…I am *sure* The One would not actually bomb the Island. Maybe the DVDs was a simbolic “bombing”?

    Happy Purim!

    A last idea:

Although we like to believe that the Allied assaults on the Third Reich took ‘em out, it was really the evil and corruption from within that was their downfall.

The O’s eating of Wagyu beef is a great example. What makes it tasty is all that FAT – it is “well marbled” and, if you carefully observe, not all the folks in Congress are svelte and shapely. Oh – and another happy thought – melanine-gifted folk should be careful of their fats – could pre-dispose them to stroke, heart attacks and other nastiness – especially if they smoke.

    :-)

Can you imagine the rush by her to off Biden?

Then we would be a truly P-C country:
    Pelosi/Clinton.

Get your passports and visas while there is a country that will take you in.
