Census + left-wing partners = More OBAMACORN!

Fox News reports that ACORN will be one of a plethora of left-wing groups “helping out” with the Census.
The U.S. Census is supposed to be free of politics, but one group with a history of voter fraud, ACORN, is participating in next year’s count, raising concerns about the politicization of the decennial survey.
The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now signed on as a national partner with the U.S. Census Bureau in February 2009 to assist with the recruitment of the 1.4 million temporary workers needed to go door-to-door to count every person in the United States — currently believed to be more than 306 million people.
A U.S. Census “sell sheet,” an advertisement used to recruit national partners, says partnerships with groups like ACORN “play an important role in making the 2010 Census successful,” including by “help[ing] recruit census workers.”
The bureau is currently employing help from more than 250 national partners, including TARGET and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), to assist in the hiring effort.
But ACORN’s partnership with the 2010 Census is worrisome to lawmakers who say past allegations of fraud should raise concerns about the organization.
The question is: Will the worriers just worry — or will they do something about it? The Bush White House kept the taxpayer pipeline open for eight years. John McCain spoke at an ACORN/shamnesty event. Hoping for change? Not bloody likely.

The first Chicago Mayor Daley machine gave President John Kennedy the margin of victory in the 1960 election. A sharp reporter noted that more people voted in one district than were registered there. And he noticed that some of the names were very old–and no longer used. And that many of these people lived at the same address.

He went to the address–it was a very old cemetery. A lot of the names of those who voted were identical to the names on the headstones there.

I like someones idea on the other thread.
Either tear up your census or double/triple the number of people in your household. They’re going to statistically modify the results anyway so what does it matter if its an actual count.
If this continues, Obama may well be the first President in history to be re-elected unanimously.
In 2000 I had a census worker come to my door (Dallas) who could not speak a word of English. She would ask me questions in Spanish and when I answered in English she’d give me a confused puppy-dog look. I ended up taking the clipboard and filled it out myself as she watched.
Needless to say I have no desire to vacation in Mexico. I’m already there.
Really, why bother filling out any census information. They’ll just change it to whatever they want anyway.

Reminds me of the Josef Stalin quote:

We need to stop this in any way we can! I am so sick of making phone calls that don’t seem to matter, but I’ll make some more about this.

IF the ACORNers are in on this Census game, then the next Census needs to be invalidated by any way possible- including having an alternate Census performed.
I’ll not answer any question about the Census… if I do… being White American Irish Catholic, I’ll not have a representative voice in the Census…. I’ll take the census book away from any ACORN operative and be arrested….. I’m so sick of this garbage.
This has been one hell of a day! One thing I can tell you, no matter how many ways that this administration and its minions twist the truth, flipflop on its promises, ram legislation down our throats, there will always be millions of us who are willing to fight and die for what we believe in. You will not find that kind of patriotism with liberals. If we love our country, our constitution, our freedom of religion, and our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness then NOTHING can defeat us. NOTHING!
Here is a list of population by state. Expect all the normal (D) states to be up by 50% in 2010 and all the normal (R) states to be down by 75%

Maybe the answer to this expected fraud is for the rest of us to inflate the number of people in our homes. Tell the census you have 9 kids. Tell them your grandparents live with you. Just massively inflate the number of people that so the REST of us are overcounted. It might at least counter the fraud the ACORN will attempt.
I’m betting that La Raza will be involved too. No word yet whether Aryan Nation will be involved. They wouldn’t want to go overboard with these racist groups. There are rainbows and then there are rainbows.

It is absolutely unacceptable that ACORN is helping to destroy our economy via the Community Reinvestment Act and Fannie/Freddie corruption, and now they are receiving “Bailout” money and are planned to “help” with the 2010 census.

Our elections are already corrupt. Letting ACORN “help” with the Census will only increase the level of corruption.
How can we make things better?
1) End same-day registration
2) End early voting
3) Positive ID required
4) E-verify U.S. citenship
5) Duplicate the Iraqi example of dipping a finger in ink.

Yes, but remember three things:
1) Most Republicans believe in following the rules. This is a serious handicap when your adversary doesn’t believe in rules, or just in the ones which happen to be convenient at the moment.
2) A parking ticket for a Democrat is a felony for a Republican. If the GOP were to attempt a tenth of these tactics, there’d be congressional inquiries, court challenges, grand juries, and the like. The press would be all over it, and you know what their slant would be.
3) None of #2 would be effective on the Democrats. Remember how the Clintons were able to obstruct justice. They’re pikers compared to Obama. I also think Obama has the chutzpah to ignore and defy any court rulings he doesn’t like, up to and including SCOTUS.

It is really, really sad that we are no longer going to have an accurate census in this country. As a genealogist, I have used census information to trace my ancestry, and it has been a valuable tool. I know that some of the information was incorrect, and I have had to verify with other sources. But it was a tool that gave me names, occupations, ages, etc. Future genealogists will not have that help. Of course, that is minor compared to the real travesty, which is using the census to defraud this country and destroy our democratic free elections.

Joy, thnx for the post of the girls singing the national anthem, I’v seen that few times as I’m sure many other have also, I can’t help but appreciate the sweet voices so dedicated to that song along with the pride it brings to my heart to be a citizen of The United States of America. I have my birth certificate and proud to show it, unlike our faux of a president.
