San Francisco values: Pelosi says enforcing immigration laws is “un-American”
As I noted yesterday, the next big shamnesty push is underway at the White House. And Nancy Pelosi is performing her own open-borders sideshow in the House circus tent. If her rhetoric trashing federal ICE agents sounds familiar, well, it’s because Barack Obama engaged in the same smearing during the campaign — when he accused ICE agents of “terrorizing” families.
Pelosi the Patriot goes one step further and asserts that enforcement actions by ICE are “un-American.”

Texas Rep. Lamar Smith gives Pelosi a well-deserved tongue-lashing:
Ranking Member Lamar Smith (R-Texas) today criticized House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) for recent remarks that insulted federal law enforcement officers.
Congressman Smith’s comments came on the House Floor in response to Pelosi’s remarks at a weekend immigration rally in San Francisco, at which Pelosi said enforcement actions by ICE were “un-American.”
A longtime supporter of efforts to uphold the rule of law, Smith said the comments were particularly regrettable since more than 12 million U.S. citizens and legal immigrant workers are jobless. According to the most recent Pew estimates, more than seven million illegal immigrants are working in the U.S.
Smith commented on the House floor:
“The Wall Street Journal recently reported that Speaker Pelosi called worksite arrests and deportation of illegal workers ‘un-American.’ That’s quite a powerful word – ‘un-American.’ And it’s quite a spectacle to have the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives call the actions of our law enforcement men and women ‘un-American.’
“We should praise them, not insult them, for enforcing our immigration laws.
“Twelve million Americans are out of work. Seven million illegal workers hold jobs that should go to citizens and legal immigrant workers. Let’s let the American people decide what is ‘un-American.’ We should not criticize law enforcement personnel; instead, we should be grateful for the job they do.”

It’s un-American to allow Pelosi to remain in this country. She needs to be deported.

Let me get this straight. Law Enforcement is unamerican for enforcing the laws that Congress, which Madam Speaker Pelosi is in charge of, passed into law. No law enforcement has the right or privilege to create or enact any law but if they enforce it,as other laws passed by Congress mandates, they are UnAmerican. This confirms why Congress has had the lowest approval ratings in history.
Now we can expect a bailout of the southwestern states when their healthcare and public school systems go belly up.

I find it deplorable that the leader of HOR, a body that creates the laws of the land, encourages people to not follow the very laws they set. She should be removed as speaker over that comment. Afterall, how long would a judge hold his position if he disparaged police officers for arresting people on heroin or cocaine charges? It is not up to these morons to decide which laws to follow. If they don’t like a law, they should have it changed. It is their duty to uphold the laws on the books, as written, not as they would like them to be. Period.

My daughter started school in San Francisco and returned after one semester for those exact reasons. She said nothing she was learning there was worth seeing the behavior and smelling the results. And as you noted, law enforcement did not care. They seemed to be more interested in parking tickets than protecting the public.
How did it come to pass that so many of the top dogs in BOTH parties are kissing the fannies of the illegals? I’m sure there are figures showing how much money the illegal-alien lobby gave to Washington politicians in the last election, but how much more did they “contribute” under-the-table? Our country has been sold right out from under us.

I’ve walked out of restaurants, dry cleaners, thrown contractors off my property and asked when making calls for any service if someone is going to show up at my door that can’t speak English as a first language. Considering Liberals are not known for their respect for Law Enforcement in general, and certainly do not respect the laws of this country when it comes to something they do not agree with, her making this statement really comes as no surprise.
I also do not understand why people are so surprises she would be doing everything in her power to let illegals into this country…especially California. Who else is she going to get to work at her winery? I mean, she does own one, right? And is anyone deluded enough to actually believe that every one of her employees…especially at harvest…is an American Citizen?
Besides, what difference does a person’s immigration status make? After all, isn’t it wrong to question whether or not someone in a naturally born citizen in the first place? Why, if you cannot question that, then why should you question a person’s citizenship at all?

According to Fox News, 25% of all illegal aliens in the U.S. are located in California. Some are employed as farm workers, hotel workers, landscapers, and in the food services industry. 25% of those incarcerated in California prisons are also illegal aliens.
Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and third in line to the ascendancy to the highest office in the land, states that she doesn’t want the immigration laws enacted by Congress, enforced. She stated that she will do everything in her power to make sure the illegals get to stay here illegally.
Pelosi owns vineyards…does she employ illegal aliens? My guess is “yes.” It is also reported that she doesn’t pay a fair wage, and doesn’t provide them other benefits.
So…
1) She will do everything in her power to aid and abet those in this country illegally.
2) She (most likely) employs illegal aliens (but we may never know…one cannot be allowed to investigate).
3) If #2 above is true, then she also has not paid those employees SSI, nor Medicare taxes. (Illegals cannot legally have SSN’s)
Pelosi should be forced to resign from office based on this information. Barring that, she should be arrested, and tried for the violations of law she is committing.
Will it ever happen? No. To go down this path is to risk being “labeled” sexist, racist, and xenophobe.

The sign in the picture at the top says “America is a continent not a country”. The U.S.A. is a country, Mexico is another country. North America is a continent. Please try to learn the difference. ‘(1) IN GENERAL- The alien shall establish that the alien is admissible to the United States as immigrant, except as otherwise provided in paragraph (2).
‘(2) EXCEPTIONS- The provisions of paragraphs (5), (6)(A), (6)(B), (6)(C), (6)(F), (6)(G), (7)(A), (9)(B), and (9)(C)(i)(I) of section 212(a) shall not apply in the determination of an alien’s admissibility under this section.
212a6A is illegal entry. 6B, C and so on are fraudulent documents and false claiming of US citizenship.
Basically if they hide out for 5 years, the secretary can adjust illegal aliens to legal residents.
Backdoor amnesty.
There’s more fun stuff in the bill, too, like adjustments of what crimes will keep someone out of the country.

Section 622 removes mandatory detention for expedited removals. Rather than the illegal alien going to jail, many classes of aliens (those with family, etc. – plus a catch all of “(G) Other groups designated in regulations promulgated by the Secretary.”
What that means in practice is that when someone is given an expedited removal – a deportation – instead of being held in jail until their final hearing by a judge, they’re given “walking papers”. This is what used to happen for non-Mexican illegal aliens. They’d be given their papers and be told to show up at court to be determined ineligible and deported.
Instead, they took the walking papers and took off. Section 622 makes it so they can all do that!
And all they have to do is hide out for 5 years and they can be adjusted to residents or citizens.

As for “going after rapists, gangbangers, drug dealers…” If we go after illegal immigration, we pretty much mop up much of those other problems, with, perhaps, the exception of rapists.
