No matter what you think of his policies, one thing you have to give Obama (and should be proud of in your president) is that one problem he does not have is his ego. Someone with an ego problem would not have been able to stomach the attacks he endured during the campaign on the basis of his heritage with such poise.

I don’t know how I missed this little comment, and I know so many others have already gone off on it…

But how freaking idiotic can you be?

Look, I realize that there is a very large segment of this population that has pledged blind devotion towards this guy, and they have not spent more than a few seconds, if that, in researching him on their own and have relied completely upon what places like Kos, DU, HuffPoo, the Obama Campaign Website and maybe a couple of other pro-Obama/anti-American websites to fill in the information that they parrot like an echo chamber, but the least you could do is watch him when he spoke, during the debates etc., and read articles concerning his reactions towards anyone who questioned him, questioned his background, his associations, etc.

Der Fuhrer has not just threatened law suits against anyone who spoke out against him, against those who challenged him or his background, he has actually carried them out.

He has thrown news organizations, not just reporters, out of his bus, plane and general area for asking him questions that were not previously approved by his campaign.

He attacked Sarah Palin and his organization lead the charge in defamation of her and her family, and he never, not once, directed anyone in his organization to stop making such attacks. In fact, he encouraged them.

His ego has to be the biggest of any President. For you to say that he has none, in the midst of such things as creating his own logo, having “President Obama” stitched into the chairs of his airplane BEFORE he had been elected, encouraging the youth movements to sing his praises, writing (or actually ghost writing) not one BUT TWO auto-biographies before he was even 45 years old, one of them before he had even accomplished anything…

My God, but you have most definitely chugged down as much of the Obama Kool Aide as your stomach would allow, and then some. You are so incredibly blinded by his ego alone that you cannot see anything wrong with anything he has said or done. You are a zealot, and exactly that which you claim to despise in Republicans and Conservatives. It is you and those like you that are the scariest. Make suure you iron your arm-band daily once he has them issued. You will want to look your best for him…after all, he hates things out of place, and having your boy-crush dashed might just make you sanp.

Next time the president goes on Leno he just needs to bring a sledge hammer and a watermelon large cantaloupe.

I’ve got a better one: have him walk out on stage, and at the moment he reaches out to shake Leno’s hand, have his pants rigged to drop around his ankles, and then he can do a Dick van Dyke-like tumble over a footstool. America will absolutely fall over themselves in LOVE with Obama if he did that.
