    Speaking of tomatoes, a fellow I once worked with posted this question on a message board, “How’s your old tomato?” Some of the responses he got were beyond hyserical.

    Not really Flyoverman. There is always a remote chance that the cabbage head might respond…zero chance with Lugar.

    What about Hamilton’s ruling against legislative prayers given in the name of Jesus Christ, but not Allah?
    Why did the ABA rate him “not qualified” when Clinton nominated him to the district court in 1994?
