Why are Madeleine K. Albright and Nancy Pelosi e-mailing me?

To be fair, I feel that way about more than half the e-mails I get!!! These two are just especially ridiculous and misleading–I’d rather send money to one of those African scammers oferring to send me $$$millions.

Last November, with the election of President Obama, we sent a clear message that people who love justice and respect democratic ideals can once again have faith in America.

Sent a clear message? What message was that? The only message they sent was that if you tell enough lies, make sure that people are kept from knowing the truth about the leading candidate and his background, and repeat a lie often enough people will pretty much buy anything. The message they sent was that the people of the United States have absolutely no clue as to the history of the civilized world and have no interest in character, honesty or experience. These are the only messages they sent.

President Obama and his new foreign policy team, led by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, have hit the ground running and are showing the world that the real America – the best America– is back.

Oh they hit the ground running alright. However the only thing they are showing the world is that this President has more respect and “love” for the countries enemies and the enemies of civilized society than he does for this country’s allies and friends. It has shown that they are buffoons with neither the knowledge of proper protocol or the willingness to learn. They have shown just how little experience and knowledge they have, and have done nothing more than lend our enemies and potential enemies the hope they required that America is anything but the strong, powerful, great nation it once was. What they have done is make us the laughing stock of the world in ways they only imagined Bush had done. With gaffe after ridiculous gaffe, they unapologetically have turned the State Department into some sort of “3 Stooges” marathon that has emboldened Iran, N. Korea and Russia and has brought us closer to a nuclear shooting war in less than 2 months than we have been in 40 years.

Exactly what world were these Liberals living on for the last decade? I read these types of things and hear all these claims of how they have returned such and such and am left wondering just what has gone on inside their imaginations, because none of what they claim is even close to reality.

Seriously, is there anything more ridiculous that listening to a Liberal give their version of reality?

If we get through the next 4 years with this country in one piece and without having smoking rubble left where some of our greatest cities now reside I will truly be surprised.

I can think of 3 reasons why the Democrats are anxious to spend Trillions of dollars, and none of them have much to do with helping the economy.

A: To reward Democratic supporters with tax dollars and buy the vote of future supporters (as stated above.)

B: To show “good intentions” (actual results don’t matter.) This is useful in swaying some compassionate republicans and independents to vote for them because of their “promise” to help the poor, fund schools, etc.

C: To grow the size and power of government. This allows them to accomplish both A and B on a more permanent basis.

Sadly, many Trillions in spending will never make it to the proposed recipients. New government bureaucracies setup to oversee stimulus payments and regulate the recipients will syphon off much of the money. (Someone has to check the names to make sure those receiving stimulus handouts are also on the list of Democratic donors, don’t they?)
