In Mexico, the way it works is: US government sells guns to Mexican government who then sell them to or have them stolen by the drug cartel members. Of course, a lot of them also find their way into Mexico via Columbia/Bolivia.

Traveling Circus?

Quoting from the article -

Referring to the good people who do these jobs, including the military personnel, as part of a ‘Traveling Circus’ is one step short of what I would expect from Bill Maher.
