A friend’s husband is returning from a business trip to London today. He told his wife that they were told “not to wear suits” and to leave London before G-20.

So, in addition to protesting against capitalism, or protesting whatever they are protesting, they are also protesting against any business man wearing a suit!

Hmm . . .

If memory serves, private ownership of guns (outside of hunting clubs) is prohibited in Great Britain.

Wonder what these geeks would do if they had it in the back of their minds that the bankers they are so violently attacking, might – just might – be packing heat?

In the US, the ACORN nuts protested, shouted and bullhorned idiotic comments at the AIG folks and/or their families, but I don’t recall them getting more intrusive than that. Coincidentally(?) Connecticut is a may-issue state (shall-issue in practice).

Say what you will, but if the Second Amendment gets re-defined as a “group right” as opposed to an “individual right”, or CCW laws are reversed, we really are screwed. And the lefty-loonies will have even free-er reign than they do now.

These people serve no useful purpose. This is not about protest, it is about lawlessness unchallenged. Deny permits to protest (we know what's coming), declare unlawful assemblies, shoot anyone who engages in violent behavior (of any kind,) arrest and convict those who participate, confiscate their passports, and put them in work camps for five years (make them work for their food and lodging.) Yeah, that's draconian, but...if they know ahead of time this will happen to them, will they stand by their so-called principles and still come? I doubt it!
