The aging, ailing, cigar-smoking icon Fidel Castro had three members of Congress visit with him today in Havana, which resulted in the bearded one asking, “How can we help President Obama?” In an effort to improve the relationship between Cuba and the U.S., Reps. Barbara Lee (D-Oakland), Bobby L. Rush (D-Ill.) and Emanuel Cleaver II (D-Mo.) were the first U.S. officials to meet with the 82-year-old former dictator since his intestinal surgery in July 2006.
…”I think that what really surprised me, but also endeared me to him, was his keen sense of humor, his sense of history and his basic human qualities,” Rush said.

Once again…is anyone at all surprised by this?
The country elects as it’s President a “man” with questionable residency and citizenship status, who spent the first and most formative years of his life in various Muslim countries along with different Muslim schools.
He then spends the rest of his impressionable years surrounded by Marxists, terrorists, and other assorted anti-American, racist, bigoted thugs, where he formulates his beliefs and political views.
Is it really any wonder that within the first three months of his Presidency he shows far more respect, pays far more homage to the Islamic nations…most importantly the one Islamic nation that we have been close to a shooting war with since they took our citizens hostage and kept them for 444 days, bows deeply to another Islamic leader, nearly bruising his forehead on the ground in the process.
He puts into place legislation and other policies that have moved this country closer to Socialism than anyone could have ever imagined. The plans he has made, the plans he has put into effect, and the plans he has in store are nothing short of a game plan straight out of Lennin and Stalin’s game book.
One of the first things he has planned is to remove the sanctions against Cuba, and more importantly Fidel Castro, a murdering, torturing, horrible and horrendous individual, but one that the people he surrounded himself with in his formative political days looked up to as a hero and a saint.
The way that these pseudo-Americans that went there spoke of Castro…
should be enough to bring them up on charges to get them thrown out of the Congress, let alone be brought up on charges of treason, but instead…they will be paraded in the media as heroes. The Liberals and other traitors of this country will start a new trend.
This trend will be all about how Castro never tortured, murfered, raped, disfigured etc. his people. They will say how all of that was nothing more than Republican propaganda spread by the Bush’s and that Castro was a great hero that should be welcomed into this country with open arms, along with incorporating his policies into our own.
I become more and more afraid of what is to come in this country over the next 4 years, and I see nothing at all in the way of it being stopped.
Gone are the journalists of the 40’s who would fight for this country and fight for the American way of life, exposing traitors and other seditious scum for what they are. In their place sits the apologists and other enablers that are helping to hand our country and our way of life over to our enemies, working diligently to prove Khrushchev correct when he said, “We will bury you”. What is worse is, we gave them the shovels to do it with.
If these idiots have their way, 60 years from now my as yet unborn grand kids will be driving the car I currently own, just like the ones driven in Fidel’s workers paradise.

Cuba, hmmmm I know lots of people who are looking forward to Cuba opening up to us, but they don’t realize that the people of Cuba will not be allowed to enjoy new resorts, casinos and what ever else they may dream up to take American money.
I don’t understand why Cuban-Americans would want to return to Cuba to visit family as is being considered. I would think they would be worried about dissapearing once they stepped foot on Cuban soil. Are they not refugees from Cuba, who escaped from there? How could they return without fear.
The cat is out of the bag. these Dems are finally feeling safe and secure enough, with Obama in office, to finally stop the charade and all the lies they have been telling, all the denials of what we have known since McCarthy, and are coming out into the open with their Communistic/Socialistic beliefs. They will only become more and more emboldened as the weeks and months of the Obama Presidency goes on.
I can only hope that at some point, someone will call them on it and stick it to them in the media. I am hoping that they are just biding their time until the Libs take enough rope to hang themselves with, and then build them the gallows to do it with…metaphorically speaking, of course.
