What about the (most likey) Union janiotors? How are they to survive if they can put in for the extra time getting the hose, hooking it up, turning it on, etc, etc.

Let me make sure I have this right, they are becoming unglued over something that will likely disappear away with the next 5 minute spring shower, a garden hose, or even a damp cloth? LOL! Once at work a hot water pipe feeding a hose reel to wash the floor sprung a leak. I shut off the shutoff valve in the ceiling. Apparently I was supposed to let it pour water all over the floor and damage the lights, ceiling tiles, product, etc, etc. until the Union plumber arrived in 4-8 hours.
