When will the pirates get bailed out?

Never miss out on the opportunity that a crisis brings! They are probably planning the illegal immigration Amnesty and Health Care to pass while this pirate thing is going on. I wouldn’t put it past this a-hole Obama.

With the Somali/muslim/community organizer pirates heading out to rescue their Bros I am HOPING the NAVY has a plan to take them all on at once.

Whatever this administration does to “resolve” this pirate incident will set a precedent in either a good, responsive way (hopefully by using ‘extreme prejudice’ as Alexader Haig was fond of saying), or by reestablishing the al Qaeda notion that American administrators currently in power, are weaklings.

You know that BHO isn’t going to waste his breath on any prayer to save the captain’s life because, if that brave man comes out of this alive, he’s in a position to do more a lot damage to Dear Leader’s image than Joe the Plumber could have ever hoped.

I understand that the other pirates are on the way with support as well.
Easy fix…I mean, really, they are coming to their own execution if Pbo has any testicular fortitude at all.
1. Set up a 5 nautical mile exclusion zone. Any vessel not cleared by the US Navy or any vessel that refuses to sumbit to boarding and inspection will be sunk. Period. End of story.
2. Make use of UDT/SEALs to approach the vessel under cover of dark, incapacitate the people aboard with non-lethal gas. Capture all and hang them from the kingposts of the ship as the pirates they are making it perfectly clear that this is the fate of all who practice piracy on the high seas against any civilized nation. This is nautical tradition and within the jurisdiction of admiralty law.
3. Establish a blockade of Eyre, regulating ALL traffic. Execute pirates as found.
These cretins do not respect anything except force of arms. Now we have a President who is afraid to stand up to 4 pirates in a lifeboat, and will likely allow their comrades to join in the party.
I have never been so embarrassed to say this is the President of my nation. I am counting the days until his term of office is over. I wish him no ill fate, but if he is legally removed from office tomorrow….I don’t think Biden the Liar could do a lot worse.

Yes corona hostages may well die–try as we might to save them. If we do not stop this piracy more hostages WILL die, more ships will be taken and a large percentage of shipping will either stop or rerout away from
Africa, Arabia and much of Southeast Asia.
There are no good easy answers-in these situations sometimes the good guys die. It happens to policemen everyday. There is evil in the world and only good people can honestly deal with it. Sometimes at an ugly price.

The hildabeast is telling obama don’t worry, bill never acted when we were attacked, (USS Cole, the first WTC attack), and he got re-elected!
Big Hammer and Anvil: You are absolutely correct. These are supposed to be warships and war aircraft, and they are standing off to protect themselves against a couple of idiots with a machine gun or two at best. Move the damn ship within ten yards of the pirate boat and fly the helicopters real close to create a distraction. Then use the SEALs from underwater and blast the bums to kingdom come. Then way anchor and head for the other pirated ships as well as the pirate mother ship. Blow them out of the water. Then way anchor again and head for the beach and blow the pirate mansion or compound to dust and debris. Yeah, a few good guys will die, but the pirates will no longer be a threat to anyone for a long period of time. This has worked quite well in Pakistan’s lawless region, I might add.
This is my favorite one, albeit grotesque in retrospect.

Wow those two look so chummy, he’s ignoring her, or half paying attention, which is clear by proping his arm up, and she’s by pointing at him in her jabbering way is trying to dominate.
