When i was a farmer, there was an expression used to convey the idea to leave somebody alone and undisturbed—- based on the practice of feeding our animals: “Let ‘er eat.”

Roesgen should be left alone. Completely. Let ‘er eat.

If ya dont leave her be, then she becomes the “target of right wing hate.” And Roesgen knows this game all to well. She’ll get a promotion. This is her resume builder with BNN, the Banana News Network.

What Roesgen demonstrates in that segment is her ignorance of what makes the USA great. That Dad with his baby on his shoulder comes out to protest peacefully but vehemently about what is on his mind. What is on his shoulder is a good clue Roesgen. But you dont circulate with real people so he just looks like some manipulated individual who is unable, in your view, to make up his own mind to get out of this boiling pot before he croaks.

And then, the gem of the entire clip, was the self-employed woman giving Roesgen a piece of her mind.

Does Roesgen know how many RNC and DNC committee chairs want to know right from the source what is on that woman’s mind? And the know-it-all Mini Hillary “reporter” talks down to her.

That woman is exactly who the federal reps from Illinois need to be hearing from because she is primed to tear all of them a new one.

Hell hath no fury as a woman scorned. Time tested tried and true. But Barry Soetoro never got past his oedipal stage with his Mommy. So the voice of the self-employed woman will fall on deaf ears (sizeable ones at that) because Barry Soetoro’s media handlers are caught up in the same dismissive elitism as Roesgen.

And as their edifice falls short of the mark, this gigantic megalomaniacal financial disaster being passed off as a plan to run the country, as this delusion there is any money left because we’ll pay more taxes to them, these shots across the bow will echo so loudly that only a narcoleptic has been would fail to discern the tragic meanings behind the sounds.

Rush and Savage both said that after Barry Soetoro became the favored candidate (when Hillary’s big money turned against her) the Dhimmicrats were going to blow it because they would overreach.

And here it is: day 80-something and the arm is seemingly made of rubber.

We must work tirelessly and stay in the faces of our elected officials— local, state, and national. We must press the Congress to pass the fair tax. It will give us breathing room. If you dont understand the fair tax, learn. The more I have learned about it the better it seems to offer a solution. And there is broad support in Congress for it. Let’s push it across the goal line.

And the next thing: press for congressional investigations into voter fraud involving ACORN. Prosecute under racketeering laws. It could provide the basis for impeaching Barry Soetoro.

Finally: this blog is full of savvy people. To the underinformed: get your financial house in order to weather the coming inflationary tsunami. You still have some time— but not much.

God Bless America. We can DO this.

    Bear1909 out.

The best defense is a strong offense. When a citizen is ANTAGONIZED by a CNN reporter, he/she should say, “I have very strong and valid reasons for being here but why are YOU so threatened by this? Why are YOU so angry about ME being here?”

Having not rehearsed her White House talking points (which would include many uuuhhs and ummmmms) the reporter would be left speechless.

It shouldn’t even have to be a question in the first place! A reporter does a REPORT – lets the viewer know what’s going on. Making yourself part of the story is despicable and high school-level “journalism.”

I’m really impressed with your idea though. That is the only way to let CNN know what the majority (obvious by ratings) of Americans think of them. They must give foreign hotels a huuuuge discount because it’s usually the only English network running over here. I read a lot of books now.

The way to deal with CNN is to shun them at any future tea parties. If they show up, turn your back on them and refuse to be interviewed. That is an easy price to exacts. Also, if CNN contacts a tea party organizer to set up at a location, indicate to CNN that they are not welcome until a corporate apology is issued on the air — and, therefore, there will be no special accommodations given. They will, of course, protest that their freedom of the press rights have been violated, but they have no specific right to demand anything where freedom of speech and assembly is guaranteed to every American. Obviously other things can be done, like a flash mob clogging a CNN parking lot, but that is kind of childish and too much like the anti-war nuts.

We do not vote for taxes since we live in a contrived Democracy and not true Democracy. If so, then the one person – one vote rule would wipe out about every tax there was.

You are also making terrible assumptions as this CNN reporter does. It is apparent she grabbed an interview of someone who would perpetuate her conclusions rather than be a cross-sectional sample of the group.

People who do not want the excessive burdens of overtaxation tend to be fiscally conservative as they work hard for their money and do not wish to see it wasted by an inefficient government. This does not make them Republicans as there are many fiscal conservatives in the ranks of the Democrats. The idea of Democrat vs. Republican comparing directly to liberal vs. conservative is silly and disingenuous.

Unfortunately, those who want to dwell and grab power in D.C. do not want the general public to think this way. Their goal is to obsfucate and misdirect the American populace. This is how they gain and maintain power.

If you wish to spew negative criticisms and talking points from extreme leftists, feel free to do so. There are an equal number of those on the extreme right. The rest of America is going to search for answers that will reduce the burden placed on the citizenry to help the egomaniacs in Washington that wish to be king.

If you asked a hotel in Europe to show Fox, they wouldn’t know what you meant. The Brits have Sky news and Murdoch owns them both. Sky is the Brit version of DirectTV and they have Fox but only bars carry Sky outside of the UK. It’s the only way Brits can watch Manchester United fans beat up AC Milan fans without actually going to the match.

What the Euros consider “conservative” we would think of as just to the left of center. What scares me about the direction the Obama administration is taking us is the demonization of conservative groups as “far right extremists” – meaning we disagree with them. In Europe, they have almost eliminated true conservative thought by banning conservative organizations. Over the last 60 years, this has resulted in the destruction of true conservative organization and thus marginalizing freedom.

This is what Ole Blue Lips and his European Wannabe band of nutjobs wants for the rest of us: To eliminate organized Conservative politics by decree and ensure perpetual socialist mediocrity. That very situation has evolved here since the end of the war.

    Cabrerski,

Trust me, the British are the greatest self loathers on Earth. Like all good Liberals, however, they want to make things right as long as it doesn’t inconvenience them or move in to their neighborhood.

You are right, the Early multicultural literature blamed Europeans. Now, they all blame Bush administration America.

    c-i-e,

Thanks. Keep reading the classics. We need a sense of history to deal with the problems of the future.

I sometimes wonder why the new liberals like to call themselves progressives. Probably because it allows them to activate new solutions without considering all the past similar attempts that failed.

It’s because “liberal” has a negative connotation. They came up with “progressive” because it doesn’t sound like “liberal”.
