Acknowledging that “an apology is owed,” Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano promised Thursday to “meet and clear the air” with illegal aliens and their proponents that were offended by her agency’s report citing “returning deported illegals” as criminals deserving imprisonment in the U.S.
“To the extent illegal aliens considered it as an accusation Napolitano told FOX News, “an apology is owed. I’ll meet with the groups and leaders of amnesty for illegals movement such as La Raza, MECha, ACORN, the AFLCIO as well as Juan Hernandez, and John McCain” she promised on “FOX & Friends.” “The last thing we want to do is offend or castigate illegal aliens that are only making a better life for their families and doing jobs Americans just won’t do. To them I say, let’s meet and clear the air. Maybe I can persuade the president to appoint another couple of illegal alien enthusiasts to high level positions to demonstrate the sincerity of my apology”.

Napolitano was attempting to stanch the political damage done by a DHS report that warned law enforcement officials that illegals, were more likely per ca pita than citizens to engage in crimes ranging from driving under the influence without a license or insurance to molesting and raping toddlers. The report also noted that illegals are a burden to our country’s public schools and social entitlement system, bankrupt hospitals with un-remitted use of emergency rooms for painful hangnails, and that they dilute the culture that made this a great country by refusing to assimilate. The warning, which was contained in a footnote to the report, also singled illegal aliens out as “opponents to the rule of law unless, of course, the 9th Circuit Court’s interpretation of the law leads to them getting their hands on tax payer funded goodies that they were never ment to recieve. The report concluded that illegals are ripe for recruitment by the “Democratic party as well as labor unions and unscrupulous business owners”. And that they will “directly compete with the children and grandchildren of citizen’s in a super competitive affirmative action laden job market if the DREAM act is passed.”.

“Let me be very clear,” Napolitano told FOX News. “If there is something in that report I would change — in the wordsmithing, Washingtonese that goes on after the fact — that footnote would have been entirely omitted and the whole report would have been written in Spanish. That way the majority of American citizens wouldn’t know what the hell we were doing”
“I’m not running away from what was published,” she added “But I will say it was an accusation by an aging low level staffer left over from the Reagan administration.”

Before the report was released,Napolitano said she was briefed on its contents including the warning about porous borders allowing illegals to re-enter the country to commit more crimes after they had been deported for committing crimes.
“I have to tell you, I was the United States Attorney for Arizona in the 2002 when the Squires girl aged 14 and her friend Aged 17 were brutally rapped by three members of a Salvadoran street gang in Somerville, Massachusetts; both victims were deaf and one had cerebral palsy. Unfortunately these MS13 gang members were in this country illegally and seeking a better life she said. “And so when I was told about the report, I must admit I had a brief moment of lucidity, and the report rang true with me. They were doing a job that most Americans wouldn’t ever consider doing. This has happened in the past, but the MSM rarely mentions these predators immigration status when they report on these type of violent crimes.

In January, DHS issued a warning about “left wing extremists.” When asked about the report Napolitano laughed it off saying “We were joking. There is no such thing”.

“On the other side of the political spectrum, for example, we have people in the animal rights category that are called extremists by actual “right wing extremists,” Napolitano told FOX. “We… err… they have a very, very active community, in the United States, for the protection of animal rights. Occasionally. very rarely, almost never, and only than if it involves dolphins, it happens. It spills into violence. It is not a bad type of violence. It is a good and deserved type of violence. And it will be more likely to happen now that Rush Limbaugh has joined the animal rights cause. But really, who can blame them? Those animals are so damn fluffy and cute!”

Certainly not! Some rich white guy is taking time out from selling guns to mexicans. It’s a setup. Those dastardly right wing extremists are behind this.
