    My point exactly – where is the media/press in all this?

    The press is still constitutionally charged with holding the government accountable – regardless of which party is in charge – so why do they allow this Democrat administration one free pass after another?

    I now see the benefits of taking over all industry because Government can run those better than the rich white men that run them now who just loot them for personal gain at the expense of the regular working man & woman.

    I now believe that every company in the US should be unionized to stop the unfair distribution of profits. In fact, now that I think about it (which is an exclusive charactor trait of Democrats), no Union is needed as the Government will take over and decide those issues.

    I also can no longer see a need for the wasteful spending on the military. The only reason our country is threatened is because of our foreign policies and our stealing of other countries resources for personal gain. Now that we will change that, no country will threaten us and we can transfer military funding to poor people in Chicago and around the country. Then, there will be no homeless people or poverty. I can also spend that money to make sure that anybody who can survive the desert trip to America will get free food and health care because, gosh darn it, they deserve it. And we can use also those funds to give everyone a top notch education.

    The government can test everyone to see if they should be an engineer or a streetsweeper based on their abilities (as shown on the test). That way, society will be streamlined to get the best economic effect. Thank you Arlen, Barack, Nancy, Harry, Keith, Jon, Katie, Hillary, Bill, Janet, et all for allowing me to open my eyes and finally see the light. I always was under the mistaken assumption that America was the greatest country in the world until Barack, my new dear leader and Furher, had to apologize for our actions since I was only 3 years old. I guess I just missed it.

    ps. I am also beginning to see the real benefits of Islam, the religion of peace. I may need to make that switch next. Plus I can blog on Daily Kos and be as smart as all those people.

    p.s.s. After reading my preview, I actually see how silly I sound and how stupid those thoughts are.     The “experts from the University of Pennsylvania” were Annenberg Political Fact Check.

    Obama has never authorized the release of an official copy of his birth certificate.

    Obama’s birth location has been NEVER been “certified” or “validated” by the Hawaii Department of Health.

    Congress examined official, certified documents from the Secretary of State from each of the 50 states. Those were the certifications of the Electoral College vote.

    Is it too much to ask for our Congress to examine one more certificate… the officially certified birth certificate of the man who wants to be President and Commander-in-Chief?

    Lastly, the 14th amendment defines citizenship, not “natural born citizen”ship. And to quote Leo Donofrio:

    According to Chief Justice Marshall’s opinion in Marbury v. Madison, the 14th amendment cannot make the natural born citizen clause from Article 2 Section 1 superfluous. If being born as a 14th Amendment citizen was enough to be President, then the natural born citizen clause would have no effect. According to Marshall, that argument is inadimissible.

    Natural born citizenship is different from mere citizenship.

    Examine the subject heading given by Vattel, “Natives and Citizens”. Two separate groups of the civil society are addressed in the heading. And here is the start of the greatest proof that the framers relied on Vattel as to the natural born citizen clause.
