   lifting ladies..sorry..

   When I first started lifting seriously, there was only one girl in the gym (this was a while ago) and she was 17 or so, I wasn’t much older, and she could do squats with 325 for reps…with ease…I’ve known female olympic lifters and bodybuilders, but no one could lift with the ease she could…and she was pretty…dark hair, green eyes..sigh…oh well..I ramble on….

   I finally broke down and watched the CNN clip. Someone needs to explain to that dude what “open and inclusive” means. He claimed it was part of the black culture to be open and inclusive and then he mentioned that blacks hug EACH OTHER in greeting. So, whether that’s true or not, he thinks blacks hugging blacks means their culture is open and inclusive–as long as you are black. That is NOT open and inclusive, that’s a closed culture. Moron!!!

   I guess I won’t be going to the Black Family Reunion in September.
